Here's The eMTB Your Kid Has Been Asking For: Rocky Mountain's New Reaper Powerplay
Lol, $4400 for a kids bike? Yeah, nah little man. He can pedal with mommy and daddy and build some character. I'll buy a tow line instead.

First Ride: Focus VamĀ² SL - Electric Downcountry?
For those that want a fast nimble bike that will take them the distance, but are too much of a lard to do all the work themselves and would rather ride a 37lb brick with a motor.

Video: Romain Paulhan Rides Epic Terrain The Alps in 'After The Lifts Close'
I'm sorry, but I get a little sad when I see a fit, able bodied person ride an emtb. I understand why people see this as progress, its pretty cool technology and all, but what's wrong with keeping things a little challenging? Why is it that we always have to make everything easier and more comfortable? It might be cheesy, but discomfort and challenge build character and passion, and grit, and a feeling of accomplishment. If you can afford an emtb you probably live a relatively comfortable life already. Why not create a little bit of challenge in your life? Want to ride longer, farther, go higher, do more? Make goals, put in the time, and get stronger. Or take the easy way and let technology do the work. At the end of the day no one should tell you how to enjoy the sport of mountain biking, I'm just glad that people are getting outside. But, I also really see the value in challenge and discomfort, even if its something you create like going for a long day in the saddle. There's a reason people pursue these things. It feels good to do something hard.
