JACKETS

Cool, crisp looks and hot, new features like a New ClimbVent connector for pedaling with the jacket open and a Magnetic hood system that keeps your hood at the back or fixes it to the helmet make Leatt’s 2021 jackets even more irresistible than last year.

The heavy-duty 5.0 Jacket features a three-layer HydraDri 30mm/23g/m² waterproof/breathable membrane, making it a top pick for harsh weather conditions.

Ideal for shrugging off light rain if you’re looking for a lighter option, the softshell 4.0 Jacket features 10mm/10g/m² waterproof/breathable four-way stretch material. It also has a two-point, fully adjustable hood with a stiffened peak that fits over full- face helmets.

The 2.0 jacket features lightweight four-way stretch 5mm/5g/m² waterproof/breathable material and even folds into its own chest pocket, making it the perfect jacket to keep in your backpack for those more unpredictable seasons.

JERSEYS

The 5.0 jersey with long sleeves is ideal for harsh weather conditions as it features WindBlock fabric on the chest, arms, and sides, with a mesh back panel for superior temperature control, so you don’t get too warm. The design is casual with a stretch fit that looks great and feels comfortable.

The 4.0 Ultraweld jersey with long sleeves has welded seams at the cuff and hem for maximum comfort and is great for DH and Enduro, as it features an ultra-light, race tight fit and mesh fabric with air channels for superior ventilation.

The 3.0 jersey is three-quarter sleeved, featuring new perforated ventilation and new cotton-feel MoistureCool stretch mesh material. It’s great for riding in between seasons and has a stretch fit that’s suited to DH and Enduro, and pairs well with body armor.

Glad leatt is trying to keep their mtb labeled and looking differently than their moto stuff so idiots like me stop buying the wrong shit on sale. I have successfully bought one complete mtb kit in three years and in the same time have also built up two moto kits by mistake and now must spend 5k on a dirtbike

5k, you can almost get a mid tier MTB!

@learningcycles: That’s funny!!!!! ....and sadly true!

I mean if you don't want one I'll gladly take your moto kits

Moto jerseys work well for mtb in the right conditions

The products are top notch. The 6.0 and Airflex kneepads I have are the first knee pads I have owned that did not slide off my knee when I crash. It is nice to have kneepads that do not think they are skis.

I have a set of their Airflex kneepads and can second that. For me, best fitting, comfy, breathable etc.

They make quality products. Three cheers for focus on improving rider safety. But sweet jesus I wish someone would tell them that plastering their brand name in giant letters on everything they sell ain't the way.

 Not that great,spent £80 on a hip pack/hydration pack,zips busted after 3 rides.Very poor quality.

Kind of sucks that their website is a mess and you can’t even order things directly from them right now.

Glad I'm not the only one. I've been trying to order pads from them all week and the website has been janky.

Apologies for that. Its a new website and have had some teething issues. Technology, ey! Please bare with us, cause it should all be working now. US purchasing should be available in the next few days as well. Thanks again!

I had to order their DBX Rainjacket off of Chain Reaction yesterday because they are In Stock there and I have little faith that the Leatt site (when it's live and functional) will have any stock left when people finally see it live.

They manufacture minimal quantities for sure.

I love leatt protection and goggles. I use it for mx and mtb. Making all their goggles OTG means they have my loyalty. These mtb colourways are much better than last seasons. I just wished they made helmets in adult sizes or I would be wearing them too.

Leatt makes the most comfortable under-rated gloves on the market! TLD, FOX, 100% and everyone else uses that off the shelf crap called Clarino. Leatt gloves wont get stiff, or rough feeling after days of use. They flex and don't beat your hands up more than the grip does already. Keep up the good work @LeattUSA

Does this mean that maybe LEATT will have products in stock again in the future??? I’ve wanting a DBX 3.0 half shell helmet for a while now...

My mom always said if you wish in one hand and poop Eek in the other, you know which one is going to fill up first.

absolutely ! Any day now we will have brand new helmets available.

their 2.0 riding shoes are my favorite. I hope the quality and well though-out design continues into these products

I'm over the black jerseys trend. Living in Southern California with hot open climbs, the black jerseys absorb the heat and raise your body temperature.
Or, try sitting on a chair lift on a warm sunny day with black DH pants. Steamy pork and beans anyone?
It's not just Southern California, I ride a lot of tropical locations around the world. Same, same.
I do have some of their light blue colored DH pants and I love them.

Stoked to see some companies putting some science behind their brand. Gives me some confidence the next time I stack.

Would love to buy some of this gear, but it seems their website is still down Frown

I ordered/purchased the DBX shorts. Worst product I own in all of my mtb kit. The shorts ripped at a few seams, the rubbing/scaffing feeling they give to your knees is horrible. Literally cut my knee slightly after pedalling on my ride. All rubber logo's peeled off. Has a two button system at waist - one broke off in first day. Literally, the worst pair of shorts I have tried. Rip off city. My buddy has the jacket. It seems to work but again, all logos peel off fast and make it look ghetto and old. Threading is starting to rip too. BEWARE! Cheap crap.

I've been running the same DBX shorts since 2018, I have 2 pairs actually. These have held together since day one and besides a logo or 2 coming off they have been flawless. They have seen some pretty good crashes and still no problems. Same thing for the DBX jersey and helmet, 2 years of use and they look like new.

The gloves, haven't lasted as long, but I am completely fine with that. I squeeze into the small size where I usually where use medium in other brands. @LeattUSA you make the most comfortable gloves on the market that don't get stiff and crunchy after a few days of riding! Everyone else uses that crappy off the shelf Clarion material

I wish someone would still make proper DH knee+shin pads. Race Face Flank is like 7 years old and still seems like the best option. Frown
  • 1 1
Ultralight and dh don't usually combine well. Normally means one crash, and ripped. Another pair of dh pants with no padding inserts, just a little would be appreciated for those times not wearing gear underneath.
  • 3 1
I hope they've improved zippers and stitching quality at least
  • 2 1
I was hoping for a jumpsuit...

That hose to the chest pic is a bit...weird? (weird being the most PC word I have for it)
