Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects only makes this a non-starter. Can’t compete with the many other brands doing lifetime crash/-break while you ride - warranties.

So is the lugged/carbon frame just for easier prototyping or is that what the production model be as well? I assumed it was just being used to prototype.
