Yeti SB5c (med) Fox 36 I9 hubs

$5300 USD
Medium frame 2016 Yeti SB5c in raw carbon. -Fox 36 160mm World Cup fork (RC2, Low/High speed compression) with super cool black top caps for style points. -Maverick Suspension QR 36 Fox 36 quick release system (easily removable if you hate it, it's been nice to have) -740mm Easton Haven carbon bars with some new-ish Troy Lee grips. -X01 w/ Wolf Tooth 32t Drop Stop chainring -OneUp XC chain guide -Guide RSC Brakes, 180mm rotors F/R -RockShox Reverb dropper, left-hand remote -I9 Torch hubs in gold (20mm) laced to DT Swiss XM481 rims, 30mm internal width, XX1 cassette -Maxxis Minion DHF Wide Trail 2.5 Front, Minion DHR2 Wide Trail 2.4 rear Scratches on the non-drive side (head tube/top tube) are from the Yeti Tribe Gathering this year in Montrose. It was ultra-fun, but don't expect your bike to come out of those U-Haul shuttle trucks completely unscathed. Even with the scratches, this bike is sexy. I love this beast, but I think I'm going to try the 29er thing next season. This thing eats up trails, and would be totally at home doing some lift assisted riding. The wheel and tire combo is ultra-grippy and confidence inspiring, and along with a bigger rotor in the rear, you can still slow down for the next corner. The I9 rear hub sounds like a swarm of angry bees, letting other trail users know, well ahead of time, that a confident rider who knows how to party is about to round the corner and impress everyone with a super sick whip. If you can't whip, they'll only see you pass by for a couple of seconds max, you can think of something. If it's stock you're looking for, I still have the stock Fox 34, and DT Swiss XM401 wheels (only a few rides on both), and can return this guy to stock and work something out. It's just so damn cool and dialed as it sits, so I'd prefer to leave her alone.

Practice: EWS 2016 Round One - Chile
The infantry Marine in me says less whining, more snapping. At the end of the day, you MAKE A LIVING TRAVELING and TAKING PICTURES OF MOUNTAIN BIKE RACES. You said it yourself, that's how you put food on the table. That's pretty fucking cool, so stop bitching about it. The fan in me says THANK YOU, and KEEP UP THE SOLID WORK. As much as I want to slap the shit out of you for that comment, I'd still buy you a beer if I see you around the races, Wragg. Dream jobs are stressful too.

Disclaimer: I am not an expert in sitting devices, so don't take my word for it. For all I know a stool could have it's own terminology. It kind of seems like a combination of both, really. I also really enjoy commas.

We could start calling them "stools". You can sit upon, or straddle a stool. OR, from now on, we sit on a "bar saddle" for post-ride brews.
