Hell yeah fam!!! MTB was counter culture to start until the brands and money got involved. Then it came 'whats marketable'. I raced the PRO-GRT, NW-Cup, BC-Cup before I was out.... I gave it all up because I felt I wouldn't be welcomed anymore. Sold the DH rigs and got the worst thing of all, E-Enduro... figured I'd lose all my friends... MTB has been a sanctuary for me for decades. A place to think, cope, disassociate, numb and punish my body... these days, I'm no racer anymore, and that's fine. I'm weaker by far, can't clear the 40'-ers like I used to... but I'm happier. More present. Kind and with deeper connections rather than surface level 'stats/figures/results' type relationships. I enjoy the ride, look around and once in a while, feel that old spark to hit a Double Black. From an old dog in the sport who used it to cope to integrating it after loss, thank you for the article.

Jeeze, I paid $6200 for the Meta Power Mid-Tier and it's basically this w/a lift built in.

I love my T8 and was kinda excited to see a FR Siskiu but that suspension design is.... soft from what I heard on the Mt Bromo.... Those MM Super Softs tho are balls to pedal anything but down so, there's that.
