Starling Introduces Limited Edition Stainless Steel Version of the Murmur
That bike is beyond beautiful.....but the seat stays are too thin. (Sitting back, opening a beer, and timing how long before the manufacturer throws a brick at me through the internet).

Video: Friday Fails #169
@klazzymoto: Perhaps the video isn't doing your craftsmanship justice. When viewed from the comfort of my iPhone, the setup conjures images of a BMX track designed by an Indiana Jones villain. Growing up in a household of lawn care and landscaping fanatics, backyard jumps were not an option, and I opted for riding my BMX off of retaining walls at the local office park.

2:39 - Damn. I've got to imagine breakfast in that house involves a bowl of cereal and each kid signing a liability waiver. Those are some seriously sketchy ramps.

@Altron5000: To each their own. I switched to Magura after breaking a Shimano lever. The Magura "carbotecture" (read: slightly cheesy feeling plastic) handles my crashes better than Shimano's shiny aluminum.

@chillrider199: My recollection is he randomly and unilaterally canceled his sponsorship with NS Bikes a few years back, which I'm guessing did nothing to make them happier.

I'd like to see a video like this, but digging into Sam Pilgrim's training routine. Yoga and weightlifting will only get you so far, at some point, you need to step up by chugging Monster energy drink and putting in the work pissing off your sponsors.

@mikenettleton: AFAIK, I just coined it. But then again, maybe I didn't. Perhaps Knolly did and their trademark lawyers will be letting me know. :)

Not really. I have it on good authority that the "axle boner" is the secret handshake by which members of the "trials on non-trials bikes" community make themselves known to each other.

@JXN1: Except most riders (myself most certainly included) would never attempt the "Icarus Airlines" type send that dude did.

2:33 - What was that jump made out of? An upright piano and a rotten pallet? Similar to Thrasher's "worst skateparks" series, PB should put together a compilation of horribly constructed jumps and trail features.
