Amflow's €3,499 TL Carbon Could Be the E-Bike the Industry Didn't Know It Needed
Regardless of anything else the MIK HD rear rack makes it clear that the product manager understood the assignment. If you can fit a KidsRideShotgun Pro seat on it despite the not-round headset spacers, all the better. All things considered, this is probably one of the more sensible, intelligently put together, Avinox-equipped bikes out on the market right now.

Life Time Bans Drop Bars from the Leadville Trail 100 & Little Sugar MTB Races
If you don’t want racers using drop bars, don’t design a gravel race course and try to brand it a mountain bike race. Banning a well-understood, safe, and easily accessible piece of bike technology (the drop bar) for these two races will only lead to more sketchy, potentially dangerous, and harder to access tech solutions
Probably also worth mentioning that a drop bar mountain bike or full suspension gravel bike with a drop bar looks a lot less dumb than that upside down riser and fork crown thing… why are we banning looking cool while being fast??

May 24, 2023Giant Trance X, Medium
$4150 CADThis is a 2022 Giant Trance X in Medium. I haven't ridden it as much as I'd hoped and has been professionally maintained. It started out as a Trance X 3 and was stripped to the frame, Ride Wrapped, then rebuilt to be a beast of a 27.5 wheel bike. Suspension? Fox 36 Factory fork with custom graphics, Fox Float X Factory shock. Both have been serviced. Wheels? Raceface Turbine R with a 2.5 Assegai (EXO casing, 3C compound) on the front and a DHR (EXO+ casing, 3C compound) on the rear. One of the best sounding rear hubs money can buy with a lot of tire life left. 203mm rotors front and rear, lots of pad life left.
The cockpit is a Raceface Next R 35 bar w/ 35mm rise and Turbine R stem (40mm). It's a great place to set up your TRP Trail SLC G-Spec (Aaron Gwin pro model) brake levers (carbon!), your 12sp Deore shifter, your Ergon GE1 Slim grips, and your OneUp dropper lever. That lever is connected to a Raceface Turbine R dropper post topped with a Syncros Tofino saddle. It's a comfy place to sit, which is good because your 12 speed drivetrain (10-51t cassette) is powered by a Raceface Next R crankset and Deore components so you'll be pedalling faster, longer.
Both the frame and fork have been Ride Wrapped. Need pedals? I've got new in box, yellow Raceface Chester pedals you can have, or some very lightly used Raceface Atlas pedals that'll provide maximum grip.
This bike features a UDH and a 55mm chainline so it's SRAM Transmission compatible.
More than open to reasonable offers, able to meet across the Lower Mainland. Message if you want more details or contact info.

First Ride: Classified's Electronic Two-Speed Powershift Hub
11-40t cassette = you could probably run one of the XPLR rear mechs that SRAM makes to run a 10-44t cassette on the gravel side of things. Slightly shorter cage, a bit lighter, could be cool.
Then again given the downsides to this hub, what's wrong with a "regular" 12 speed drivetrain?

Gold star. 100% correct. And Ibis isn’t even close to the worst offender.
