Photo Story: 68 Degrees North - The Story of Harstad Bike Park
I flew Iceland Air to Oslo (from YYZ) and the airfare was pretty reasonable. Norway is incredible, but much like the east coast of Canada it can take a long time to really explore it.

Amaury Pierron Breaks his Collarbone
@Sweatypants: I've had a plate and 9 screws in my collarbone since 2009. Only very rarely do I get bonked in just the right spot that makes it hurt. Someday I'd like to do some expedition backpacking so I might want to get it removed if the shoulder strap rubs on the plate in a bad spot.

The wear plate isn't a structural part of the crank arm so could be pretty thin and light.

Jenny Rissveds Withdraws from Les Gets XC World Champs
@DoctorWatson: XC "race" and Roadie here. I had Covid back in March and it took a solid 4 months to get back to what I'd call 90%. 3-4 days of incredible fatigue, literally doing anything would just wipe me out and I'd have to lay down. I was off my bike for about a month and when I did get back on my power was a ways off and my HR was incredibly high. Just for reference, historically, a 1 hour race or TT my HR would usually be 165-170. After getting back on the bike I was riding around 60-70% of FTP and my HR would be 180+. Three months and a couple thousand km later I'm back to what I consider normal. I was also quite phlegmy for a few months too. Fun times

@Waldon83: I didn't used to have feelings. But now I have two little girls at home, and now I have lots of feelings. And the weirdest things make me feel feelings. I'll be watching this soon, and I'm sure I'll have lots of feelings. Fun Fact: the last time I really cried was from watching a video that was posted in Movies for your Monday. Thanks PB.
