Yeah,for sure,especially that this is 2009 stock bike...
I can't see a single shot of you riding Bass,but I'm still really curious how did U managed to brake two Bass frames?? It's one of the bikes I've never seen broken (and I've seen plenty) if someone didn't put long travel fork on the front and tried to turn Bass into a DH machine or the 200 mm disc to the rear brake...

The reason lots of people hate konas is because there old low end bikes like the shred and shonky (which are the ones people see the most) are not as nice as other bikes of the same price. But the new kona line up looks really nice escpecially the cowan and shonky why are sooo much nicer then the previous ones. The previous ones looked and felt horrid but the new once really changed my veiw of kona.

iv only ever ridin one nice kona and it was my buddys shonky inc, possibly one of the best and lightest bikes iv ever ridin

konas are probably the most durable bikes out there, a dude i used to ride with. gets an unbreakable pair of cranks, and im pretty sure he snapped them that day. and he rides a stinky air and a shonky. very good rider, verey good bikes. and he treats his bikes right. but my point is. konas are tough.

mtbrider123, if you think kona's are that bad, then you've clearly never seen "follow me" or "life cycles" . I believe Aggy is riding a stinky both movies and hes killing it, and those frames looked fine to me, even though he mangles his rear wheel on that 360 drop in "life cycles" . Just thought id throw that out there.

thats just cuz aggy is a rediculous rider and tanner-greiner, konas definitly arent the strongest bikes

only juszt realised that people replied, i DID crack 2 bass's, they crack on the weld near the BB on the chainstay, if you look on my videos ull see one from around a year ago which has some footage of me riding my old bass

Right some Kona's are good at the higher end bu the stinky is a fat mofo weight relative to a much burlier DH bike
