Good way to wash the dust with a river splash! hahaha Super cool mix of riding the 2 bikes, I almost didn't catch the transition! I liked the fast open trial on the Taro then the technical rooted lines were perfect for the booter! Great riding and killer fun! RideOn!

Yeah.. and than I was like oh shit my poor hubss! The bootr is so playful for a dh bike..compared to the VP which is such a slug!

The Booter looks like a FR bike when you're riding it and very nimble and in control. Actually the Toro looks more cumbersome than the booter as you ride it!

Big wheels on the Taro.. likes to straight line and stand up in corners. The up side is it pedals awesome and accelerates really well. Very XC!

Yes, I have yet to experience the goodness of what a big wheeled bike has to offer. Im still infected with 26ism! hahahhahahha

Fast and loose on the Goose! Damd your fast. Bet the dualy felt great on the gnar. Would love to do that twisty rooty trail. Not crazy bout bleedin but I luv the dust. Music worked great with the vid.

Haha! Not of fan of bleeding either and it was such a minute quantity but enough to warrant the title! Your recent photos of suspension bits shook me out of my hardtail fascination and I was hankering to flow on something plusher than rigid steel!

Dude, you OWN those root sections! I couldn't help but wish my trails were dry like that! Too muddy and soft for any real fun...You're rippin' Bro- you ride that Goose like nobody's business!

Thanks Lars. Don't you have a dry season? These trails will be super wet and slippery in a few months time. This is definitely the best time of year to ride these rainforest trails.

 You are awesome on 'em!
Dry season? WNY is the "don't like the weather wait 5 minutes" capitol, Bro-

Thanks Koval. You know the days when you can't make up your mind which bike to ride.. If I had a super enduro machine it would have made things simpler as I had to stash the taro in the forest overnight for later retrieval!

Amazing roots, not much trail building needed, good song too!

Thanks Slacker. Your recent video inspired to seek out something more folky and acoustic. I like how good bluesy guitar feels along with trail riding.

sweet vid man...those roots are huge !!!...

Thanks fast. Roots are the source of life! Sorry for bad pun. It was fun to ride a fully natural trail with freedom to choose ones own line.

Thanks Dave. Is the end of the dry season and still cool enough to enjoy a day out with out melting into a bucket of sweat! Hope all is well in Central Japan.. was your area affected by the Ontake eruption at all?
