Nothing like Jared Graves telling all of us to stfu hahah. Looks like he was right too. Congrats Jared on the stellar finish.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:57)
Graves saying what needs to be said. If you're comfortable and feel like you can preform well, that is all that matters. Great race!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 17:29)
Guy never talks smack. Dude is unreal. A beast. Congrats on the bronze.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 17:52)
Graves for me is similar to Brian Lopes minus the dicky attitude - a proper racer through and through and a supremely fit multi talented biker !
(Sep 2, 2013 at 9:34)
Who was the guy gapping the rock garden at the bottom after the wooden bridge type right hander? Anyway, he deserves props! As too does Graves for beating the pants off a "little" bike, Stevie for popping a no-hander for the crowd (even though he was obviously disappointed), Sam Hill for walking off that high speed crash, Mitch's wheels for saying "Well no actually, we 29ers don't always roll the best through rooty turns", Mick for making me shout "Go on fella" like a lunatic at my laptop. Rach for winning and then talking about her "medium knickers", Greg for winning by wringing that tracks neck....
....and finally, the PMB track itself deserves some props for not being anywhere near as sh*t as everyone tried to make out.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 10:24)
That's a decent write up!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:49)
Best write up I've ever read. Best part for me was Rach. Seriously fast, seriously funny and seriously cool! Greg definitely deserved his win. Well done to all of them.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 16:40)
Gutted for Sik Mik and Ropelato. Minaar may have won, but Miks' run was way crazier to watch. His speed through the tables! Really wanted Ropelato to put in a good run too, just to see what he (and the bike) could do at race speed. Stevie needs to throw those no-handers and such in his full speed race runs, we need a new Gracia. Lastly, where does Minaar find time?!?! His ability to reel guys in on the last 30 seconds of a run is incredible. The guy is an animal. To Old-Man-Eggy, the guy who gapped the rock garden was Sik Mik; however I do believe a few others did.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 19:37)
Greg gapped the rock garden too and flatted the back wheel there. Luckily the air held till the finish line
(Sep 2, 2013 at 21:15)
Greg nearly flat-landed the first of those tables and he wasn't even pedaling into them. The guy gapping the rock garden was Gee - impressive indeed!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 6:55)
I'm not sure who's faster in his job - those DH racers or the Parkin brothers.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:08)
Who else thought 'sweet a bikini!' And then HE turned around. Ouch.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 10:48)
Sir you have terrible Gaydar, that was so obviously a dude!!!!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:01)
Yeah it was much more obvious on my laptop. On my iPhone? Not so much.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 12:23)
The guy had some nice legs.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:30)
Massive congrats to Matt simmons! He done us proud!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:48)
I think Graves needs more cowbell.....
(Sep 2, 2013 at 13:37)
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:55)
I wonder what her knickers were like then? Could we start a pink bike poll?
(Sep 2, 2013 at 8:46)
(Sep 2, 2013 at 9:55)
Well if she wanted to save weight at the expense of chaffing then commando is the way to go
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:50)
Happy for Greg and sorry for Mick (it must hurt to end second best in this race...).
Great Simmonds, this young guy is growing sooo fast.
Great Hill (it will be for 2014 flat pedal's mate).
Great Lorenzo Suding to left behind racers like MacDonald, Beaumont, Thirion.
Great Marcelo (is this his first World Cup and World Championships, isn't it').
Great Steve, top 20 again.
Great Rachel, a class by her own.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 13:14)
Anyone else get excited when Rachel started discussing underwear options?
(Sep 2, 2013 at 8:21)
The crowd was cheering so hard that they pushed Minnaar to go faster even though he was exosted! Amazing!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 10:54)
"This one's for Burry, for sure!" - Greg, you are such an awesome guy! So stoked for him! Awesome!!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 13:16)
2 best parts of this video: Graves telling everyone it's about the rider not the bike, and the shout out to Burry. RIP
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:56)
Great year for African cycling
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:48)
Probably better for british
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:28)
i think Fabien Barel could won the race with his canyon enduro bike :/
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:44)
that course wasn't suited for Barel. They don't have a lift and rigging up dummy floorboards in the shuttle van can be tricky. The Rosie Ruiz of bike racing.

(Sep 2, 2013 at 13:44)
Does on mine :-/
(Sep 2, 2013 at 15:10)
Weird. What device/browser do you use?
Neither my galaxy s4 or galaxy tab will ever play mpora vids in full screen
(Sep 2, 2013 at 18:40)
(Sep 2, 2013 at 8:21)
Waiting for Jared's journal!!!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:07)
Graves Telling people how it is!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 6:59)
Wait what the hell happened to smith, gwin and hill? They all finished like 63rd and 65th and 67th??
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:13)
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:14)
Smith went down in the first turn, Gwin went down somewhere on course, and Hill went down hard in the bottom section
(Sep 2, 2013 at 10:41)
thats sad that smith went down so fast, i wish i couldve seen
(Sep 2, 2013 at 21:10)
You can at www.rebull.tv - they have the replay on that site.
(Sep 3, 2013 at 5:17)
I know most World Cup DH courses look like sheer punishment, but man this course looks fun. I'm jealous.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 13:21)
anyone know the song title and artist???
(Sep 2, 2013 at 14:36)
Alfa 9 'El Morocco'
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:07)
So what happened to Gee? Just not feeling it or did he crash? I don't recall seeing dirt on his jersey.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:28)
During the race the commentators were saying he looked very reserved. Just didn't seem to push as hard as the other guys perhaps.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 21:17)
He had some kind of stomach bug thru the week and it obviously had enough of an effect on him by finals. Too bad, as he would have surely made the podium at full-strength. As with crashes and mechanicals, that is racing.
(Sep 3, 2013 at 6:42)
seeing stevie go down at the start surely made him a little hesitant too
(Sep 3, 2013 at 11:45)
Didn't know about the stomach flu, that would make a huge difference.
(Sep 3, 2013 at 23:24)
Indeed, seeing Smith's off surely didn't help to instill any confidence.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 14:29)
Does anyone know the song?
(Sep 2, 2013 at 18:27)
(Sep 3, 2013 at 7:01)
Can we ask Jared why he doesn't race dh? The Ews is led by legends of dh.
(Sep 3, 2013 at 12:11)
Learn your history on Jared graves.
(Sep 4, 2013 at 13:22)
allow me to rephrase: Why doesn't Jared currently race world cup DH full time, whilst seemingly in the prime of his career"? I know the history.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 8:25)
So stoke for Minnaar !
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:47)
Awesome riding by Graves.
(Sep 4, 2013 at 12:36)
Jared your some man on a bike.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:21)
(Sep 2, 2013 at 17:51)
(Sep 2, 2013 at 17:52)

(Sep 2, 2013 at 10:13)
suck my dick nobody likes dh i fucking hate how xc never has any big news
(Sep 2, 2013 at 17:28)
sorry, obviously not me
(Sep 2, 2013 at 6:50)
didn't like the smith actitud... he should stand up quickly and win the race...
(Sep 2, 2013 at 6:57)
After the crash there was no chance of him winning and he knew it.
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:09)
just saying he should try... for the canadian jersey at least
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:33)
I think he well represented his jersey by finishing the course, make a show at the bottom, Styling every inch of the track, this with the anger and the sadness of falling after turn one... He could've simply go aside the track and DNF, but he doesn't. Notice that No one did that, and those riders deserve more respect of you moron...
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:39)
If you know your already like 8 seconds back, you know you can't win and your mind isnt in it after a crash so I he tried to go hard then he had a good chance of really crashing and injuring himself, its not worth the risk at that point
(Sep 2, 2013 at 7:39)
you don't know what's a real job is, isn't it? finish a race is his obligation piss of french... he get paid for it...
(Sep 2, 2013 at 9:59)
paulo ... if you actually knew what you were talking about that would be ok , but picture this , biggest race of the year , months of training , and you wash out in the 1st corner and lose at least 5 seconds , what is the point in carrying on charging and maybe getting injured ?
I say fair play to him for doing some moves on the way down , I personally would of went f*cking nuts and lost my head in the red mist , respect to smith to at least making it look like he was having fun...
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:08)
f@CK YOU Paulo, I don't insult you, don't insult me!!!! And the french piss tastes better than your personality... Damn it, Just be realistic!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:39)
so why I'm a moron, cause I don't think like you? haha that's a 20 year old mind...
(Sep 2, 2013 at 11:53)
You're not a moron because you don't think like me, you're a moron because what you are sayin' has just no sense!
(Sep 2, 2013 at 17:57)
you have no sense, you're french! lol
(Sep 3, 2013 at 1:21)
Wow, you argument is soooooOOOOO relevant, teach me master!! I don't insult you because you are Chilean, You would be upset if i told you are a f@cking useless chilean, because your nationality deserves respect, unlike your brain...
(Sep 4, 2013 at 14:20)
i don't need any other good arguments... I'm not be upset cause you told me this... becasue you are french! haha and actually I'm not very proud about my nationality, I'm proud to be born in chile... ps: my brain is ok, I live in the south of chile haha
