Commitment is a funny concept. Not funny in a 'haha' way but funny in that it's a highly subjective term. You could be committed to a new diet, a girl/boyfriend, or a hobby, but are any of those examples of true commitment? Few activities demand commitment like mountain biking, especially if you dream of competing at a professional level (Rampage anyone?). For Sam Dueck commitment is crashing at Crankworx and then redeeming himself with a double tailwhip off the Bud Light Cabin stepdown, it's riding Jumpship on a bum knee, it's pushing to land new tricks and fit in filming time between contests. Commitment is putting all of your time and energy into the pursuit of greatness. Pursue your passion. Stay committed.
