Apr 2, 2012
by Chris Annesi
Finding Flow is a story which takes one through the idea of flow, not only through biking, but also nature. It goes through each aspect of mountain biking, from the creation of trails themselves to sending huge jumps, something that every rider can relate to and appreciate.

I am so proud to be a mountain biker, who else is? I couldn't picture doing anything else with my life. The closest thing to happiness

Not many bike films make me smile. But this one did, a lot.

I really enjoyed watching this film. Good job guys, I hope to see more videos from you ...keep on!

You know it'll be good when the behind the scenes is longer then the movie
  • 10
I was just about to recommend that everyone watch the behind the scenes portion! haha
  • 120
Not crazy riding like in some other film...it's solid. I think the main thing behind this film is the fun to ride, digging trails and have fun with your friends. Solid Film guys !
  • 20
Exactly! Just having fun regardless of the skill level.
  • 91
yea but look at the budget and equipment they had for life cycles these guys did it out of there own pocket m8 zip lines! lol i mean come on that's impressive for an amateur film if it resembles life cycles if i was them id take that as a compliment i hope they get a job from this as with the money behind them they would smash the likes of life cycles witch is a great piece of filming out the water! well in lads keep it up!

By far one of the best "no sponsor" films I have ever seen! And watching the "Making of" goes to show how much work is put in it! I am astonished!
  • 71
If you ever wanted to know what riding in the northeast is like, this captures it. and if you dont like this film, you dont love riding. This also shows the viewer that you dont need kashima coating and I9 wheels to shred like these guys do. all i gotta say is VOD!
  • 142
Too bad this was filmed in North Carolina in the SOUTHeast...
  • 46
uhh... I9 is also based in north carolina
  • 71
sam anderson and chris annesi you guys nailed it this is a video i will watch again and again and i will advise people to take 26 minutes and 13 seconds out of there life and watch this. i dont no what to say now.

Such a great movie! I could watch it all over and over again. Haven't seen a movie, that makes you wanna go out and ride your bike with your friends so much a long time now. And guess what? This one was one of them! Good luck guys. Hope that this isn't the last one in your chapter. I'd love to see something new again.
Cheers.

That tool at the start is a bloody weapon. like something of lord of the rings!!!
  • 10
Yeah i can imagine slaughtering some zombies with that shit
  • 10
On the serious side...I would love to own a tool like that! Does anyone have a clue where to get one? If nothing else I am going to have a nice piece of steel welded onto an axe.
  • 80
 They`ve found it.
  • 50
Awesome to see North Carolina riding on the front page! Huge fan of the soundtrack to this too
  • 20
I really liked the different segments (xCountry, Downhill, Freeride and Jumping scenes). Very well put together. It takes a lot of work and determination to do something like this. Thanks guys for the great MTB entertainment and will be watching it over again. Definitely VOD and candidate for VOY for sure. Two Thumbs up.
  • 20
Well good film, funny too...I think the lack of equipment used for the filming, and the way they worked round it is what made this such a great film ,it was raw, you could almost smell the woods and feel the cold , Brilliant !!!!!!
  • 20
the first 14 mins should be skipped (my opinion anyway) - guess I've seen TOO many videos myself over the yrs Smile I ride Bent Creek 5+ times/ yr. & have NEVER seen the area shown in the last segments of the video!! WHERE ARE THEY??? My friends & I are about 1 hr. South from Bent Creek & build trails OFTEN in our areas. Would be MORE THAN HAPPY to assist in maintenance & future digging there if need be. BEAUTIFUL sculpting there guys. MUCH appreciated for viewing tonite! Are these really near or in Bent Creek?

GREAT job ENTIRELY. Just saw the "behind the scenes". GREAT addition to the project!

Where do I get one of those Uber-Rakes?
  • 10
That was insane!! So inspiring! Also a really chill feel to the video and behind the scenes. With some movies I could fall asleep watching them! But with this i wish it was 3 times qs long! You guys really did a great job capturing what riding looks and feels like!

A couple of the coolest dudes I ever met while riding were from NC. It was the summer of 1998 and these guys drove all the way from NC to the North Shore! We road the shore with them for the weekend and to this day it is in my books as the best riding in a weekend i've ever exprienced. I'll never forget the two of them yelling "Roll it, just roll it man" through all the gnarly tech stuff. The trails weren't the only thinkg we were "rollin" either. Lets just say they drove back home with thier minds blown by BC!
This video is just awesome! Thanks to the creators for takin me back!meS
