 Thornburgh Resort is trying to buy up public land around cline and add some fake lakes and a golf course in the already water strapped desert, hence the boat joke throwing shade at them. Rad riding! And down with thornburg!

 Looks like the developer pulled his proposal this week. Property is safe for now.

 @ChopperCat11: unfortunately that is just for the 400 acres of public land they were trying to buy up. They are still full steam ahead with the development and golf course. I don’t know what that means for the man-made lakes. But still, protecting that 400 acre area feels like a win.
