As with every country it's not without it'd failings, the police and government are useless and corrupt as hell, but the weather and beaches are amazing all the time, mountain biking is a newly developing sport here so the trails aren't generally as well established or prevalent and usually shared with motos, but you can go riding in the dry like 300 days a year

lay on your back, facing the back of the boat, rope between your legs and heels resting on the board which is at 90 degrees to the boat. when the rope starts to pull, push your heels down and roll forward, slowly turn the board as you come up, voila!!! now SHRED!
