 Another sick build! Awesome job!

 High enough bb?
I'll see if I can beat this weight with my tazer with a brake once my new parts arrive. I'm shooting for sub 21.
  • 10
is it this sprocket mate? www.wheelies.co.uk/Images/Products/34373.jpg and also do you think the gold chain would look nice on my dart?
  • 10
 yup
  • 20
tis a good looking bike. how in the world did you get it to 20.8 though?

How do you like it overall?
I mean, the ghetto being on 26"? how does it feels?
  • 10
not bad. its pretty short for me though.
  • 10
I wonder if there is any way possible to make it sub 20 while keeping the strength.
  • 10
i have a couple of plans, but they're just too much work. Involves sourcing new BB bearings, etc.
  • 10
Titanium EVERYTHING! Wink haha kidding man. Like dkidd said, there are ways but its a shit-ton of work :S
  • 10

there's an Elixir R on there right now. Legally we have to sell all new bikes with a brake.
  • 10
This is crazy. Build it lighter on 24s.
  • 10
its going heavier on 24's I think.
  • 10
 Yeah I just thought that.
  • 10
Why? no craazzzzy light 24" rims?
  • 10
 719s are light ass rims.
  • 10
and i feel like the next one of these is gonna be a REAL street build. Tough as fuck. Thats the one which will prolly be on 24's.
  • 31
Like you drop 10' to flat, don't land, get pissed at your bike, chuck it, and it still lives another day?

Or will that break the frame?
  • 10
Is it yours or for a customer?
  • 10
just built up for fun, really.
  • 81

Another great build! tup But I just can't figure it out! 20.8 pounds! Thats ridiculously light for a DJ/Street bike!
  • 10
its a damn light frame to begin with, so I decided to go all out. Stump post, plastic seat, super light bar, etc.
  • 23
Yeah I can tell! Its so nice! If only I could afford a build like this though!
What forks? Fox...?

how much space is there left in the dropouts ?
  • 10
 with a 26" wheel? 2mm
  • 10
with a skinnier tyre or a shorter chain would it be possible to get more space ?
  • 10
different drivetrain ratio and yeah. It can move in 5mm approx. Not enough for a half link though.
  • 11
