I wonder about this...I do see a market segment of riders who have no interest in venturing past easy black trails, and don't want to imply that they skill to do so. I think it's like having a 140ish mm bike acts as a visual signal to attract similar riders who also want to stick to blue and easy black trails. And so there's a market for ebikes with travel to match. Personally, I want a proper E-DH bike, though :D
