Review: Zerode G3 - A Belt Driven, Gearbox Equipped DH Bike
It blows my mind that a company that can design a gearbox can't figure out how to design a simple mechanical shifter, even if it does take two cables.

Check Out: Even More Mountain Bike Apparel
I'd really like to see more of the clothing companies stop changing their designs every single year. Stop being a part of the wasteful fast fashion industry.

OneUp Announces New Small Composite Pedal
I might be in the minority here, but I sometimes feel like normal sized flat pedals are borderline too large already for my average sized feet.

Pinkbike Poll: Are Tire Inserts Leaving You Deflated?
I stopped using them. I didn't like the feel of them, basically it's like running more volume spacers in your suspension, which I don't like either. I like things to feel more linear.

ODI Releases New Reflex Lock-On Grips
Oury push-on grips (with the big square block pattern) are the pinnacle of grips. Change my mind.

Wahoo Announces Trailforks Integration
Would've been cool if this was a free thing. Ain't no way I'm paying that much money for this. Besides most of the trails I ride are already in the OSM base maps that wahoo uses. So it doesn't really seem like this does anything more than I could already do, with regards to routing or mapping, that I couldn't already do, albeit with maybe a little bit more manual labor.

Mountain Bikes Don’t Need to Be Complicated: 5 Places Where Less is More
Honestly I've been having a lot of fun riding my rigid, steel frame Kona Unit lately. On the right trails a rigid is really hard to beat for fun.

It’s Time to Recalibrate Our Ideas About Chainstay Length
I can't stand riding bikes with actual short chainstays. I hate the lack of control and composure that happens on steeper climbs when the front wheel is barely skimming the ground.
