Sidenote: Someone please tell whoever is editing the KHS videos that Bro-core rock stopped being cool in NWD2. It doesn't have to be EDM, but if you going to use rock music, and least go all the way like a Kovarik edit. I dont know what the song was, but it was just about the worst ever, nor was it inspiring
I'm guessing these dudes are super chill bros of the filmmaker and they totally go to Glamis and like chill there and are just generally super chill dudes who have chill neck tats and super chill white lifted dodge rams. Chill
I know dude had an aweful injury and I'm glad to see he's back and getting healthy...
but...
my daughter could ride those lines and if the jersey shore people came out with a mtn bike edit, it'd look like this...all that was missing was someone swiggin' patron on one of the corners...
The song was made by Fall Out Boy, named "Phoenix". And I think the name of the song is pretty well placed for this video. (Perhaps not this song, but the name for sure)
The song is actually "My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up)" - Fall Out Boy. Not really sure what you're trying to compare the track to considering it was only released less than a year ago! Not a track that springs to mind for a MTB video but I think it worked well.
Lets face it we're only here because we are happy to see one of our own back on two wheels!
Glad you're back at it Logan! Getting your mojo back after a crash like that is no small feat...
Never mind that the internet warriors are hung up on editing and song choice. I'd like to see any of them hit that sender straight, let alone flip it.
Got a few things here. First, I'm not sure what "Bro-core rock" is & although I didn't care much for the tune, it weren't that bad AFAIC. Reynolds has the best tunes for me. What's EDM? Is it that stupid dub-step shit that doesn't require that stuff, what's it called, tip of my tongue....... oh yeah TALENT, to make? kiddlivid just chill & enjoy the ride on your bandwagon bro. Like, hella.
Second, LOL I knew Bingelli was gonna do something like the stare at the feet & then gaze at the camera shot. He's just got that deep, intense "I'm a f*ckin' baws" kinda vibe you know? Whether he's actually a baws or not, I'll leave up to those who know better.
Third, on tha real, trail looked pretty weak, but the guy was just jacked from Rampage not too long ago & this video was to show that the "deep baws" is back on the bike.
That trail is actually called PG and its not "weak". The trail is steep as hell the whole way down. The film crew did not capture the gnar parts of the trail. Look up the trail or better, come down to socal and ride it.
Glad to see he is back and healthy. I may get chastised for this but..... I do not like that song. We all have opinions right? That's what makes us all so unique.
For some reason the combo of the huge backflip crash replay, followed by the more standard downhill riding after just had me cringing. I felt like his whole ride had him nervously repeating "oh shit, please don't crash" the whole way down.
I am not saying that he was actually holding back on a nervous ride, but for some reason that is the vibe the video created for me, while I was watching it.
What a gnarly crash... Kudos to him for getting back onto the bike so fast...
This video makes me want to mount a fog machine to the back of my bike, or maybe some of those smoke flares they put on the wing tips of airplanes at air shows.
Glad to see Logan's back. Super talented rider!!! Good to see him ripping lines after coming back from an injury. Fall out boy is about the suckiest band ever and that song is one of the worst I ever heard. Not sure how that band even became famous they're on such a high level of suck.
He was goin for the nose manuel after that backflip, thats what did him in, just kiddin. Seriously though that was a gnarr crash glad he is back on the bike!
i for one am sick of reading about LAST years rampage. it got drug out soooo long... dont get me wrong its cool, but not when its talked about for months after its already happened and videos keep getting released..
i mean ffs, it was canceled early due to wind, how many videos can there be?!
