Must Watch: Hannah Bergemann & Matt Bolton on Some of the Gnarliest Trails in the PNW
@paulwatt: Or the Sea to Sky/Sea to Sky corridor. North Vancouver to Pemberton, perhaps Lillooet if you want to stretch it. Technically Highway 99 goes all the way to Cache Creek. We are not actually the PNW at all but there are many ideological and topographical similarities.

Nerding Out: Are More People Watching World Cup DH Racing in 2023?
The Whistler Crankworx DH gave me that familiar edge of the seat feeling from DH racing of years past. The sport is seriously exciting to watch but somehow the UCI has sucked the life out of it. I haven't watched a single race this year but would love to if it were convenient, highlights only so far. The enthusiasm and knowledge of the the Red Bull commentators was irreplacable. They have spent a lifetime living and breathing the sport and their passion literally bleeds through. It's a real shame because the calibre of riding is just phenomenal this year.

This is great to see.The South Island needed a major breakthrough in approvals. It was one of the orphans of B.C MTB. I'm very impressed with the negotiators in the Victoria area getting new trail built. It sure looks perfect!
