Ask Pinkbike: eMTB Sag, Stem Length vs. Reach, Fork Noises, & Saddle Comfort
I would try a penetrating catalyst like PB Blaster. I would spray the interface a few times over 24 hours and let it sit. With normal seat posts, you can put the seat clamp in a vise and use the frame as a lever. Instead of doing that here, I would use a strap wrench to break it free.

Intend's New Headset Actually Improves Cockpit Stiffness - Review
Lining up the faceplate of the stem with the dropouts has always worked the best for me. No worries about guessing the centerline of your tire and stem. It makes more sense to me to align frame components relative to frame components, rather than aligning frame components to a wheel/tire combo.

Tracey Hannah's Polygon Collosus DH9 - Bike Check
Offset headset cups change the fit of the bike, lengthening or shortening reach and wheelbase. Changing stem length will change reach, but will also affect steering response. With how important handling is for WC DH racers, they've come up with a way to change the effective length of a frame, so that they can get the correct reach, wheel base, and handling characteristics with fewer compromises. If you're having trouble riding your Capra no handed on the road no handed, go faster. Most AM bikes are so slack, their handling characteristics don't come alive until 15+ mph.

Trek Fuel EX 9.8 Women's - Review
@mollow: Lower reliability than solo air, and with how low bottom brackets have gotten, lowering the fork can increase pedal striking.

Timed Training Results - Mont-Sainte-Anne DH World Cup 2016
@deeeight: I don't think that juniors should be paid out as much as pros in the open class, regardless of what ACC/other riders have done. If you want to compete for more money, you should have to enter a more competitive class. How many places down are men's and women's fields paid out?
