manufacturers, please, if you want to do cable tourism, do it at least harmful way: organise brake line NOT thought headset and preferably dropper post line as well. e-bike controller could be thought headset as it should be easy to disconnect, and gear shirting is more and more wireless.

To preserve geometry you need to look more at axle to crown distance than to fork travel. Still will be some differences as sagged 160 (27.5) and 140 (29) could be different, and unsagged the same. But will you fill this 4mm difference? Additionally axle to crown difference from manufacturer to manufacturer, for example RS Lyric 150 has close to Ohlins 140 axle to crown distance (both 29).

Spotted: Did Specialized Just Soft-Launch a New Epic? 

epic worldcup has headset cable routing, so probably this will have as well. and having it on xc race bike seems ok (i'm not into this category), but it'll be sad if epic evo will have too.

Granite Design's New RocknRoll TQ Torque Wrench Kit - Core Bike 2024

+/-15% accuracy is good enough to use on trails compared to multitool. but no way I would use it as workshop tool.
