Seems to me a pretty accurate snapshot of english riding sweet dirtjumps but not much else, and the fact that where ever you go to ride you're gonna piss someone off, or get a fine from the military, or find out that actually its private land and you shouldn't be riding there, or you go to all the hard work of making something and then someone comes along and pulls all the wood out of it cos its against forestry commision policy, and having told you that you can build there, its only after you finish that they tell you you can't use wood either that or someone else comes along and alters it it a manner that you don't like, or they just ride it don't bother repairing it and then start littering, so that the whole lot then gets flattened cos they don't like the litter.
Anyway rant over, just felt I had to get that of my chest. Also probs its partly cos I'm depressed at the fact that last thing I rode was in whistler, and finished in creekside, and firstly there isn't much that matches/surpasses that trail, and secondly I haven't had my bike for the last 2 and a half months cos of living away from home.

luke-xcess: I hear you man. Last thing I rode was Leogang, Austria and the last time I saw my bike was 2 months ago. I'm assuming it's Uni for you too?? I'd love to bring mine here but a) it will get nicked and b) there's not really much round here that a 7" full bouncer will be worth riding. Haha.

yup you got it in one, I don't even have my hardtail either. It was quite amusing talking to the other guys from the whistler trip (which was 3 months long), afterwards, they were all complaining that 'post-whistler blues' should be accepted as a serious medical condition, and I have to say I agree with them.

I got the priveledge of bringing my 24" BMX cruiser... but it's not so great. I'm not exactly used to the bone shattering landings of a fully rigid...

Oh.. I should be able to guess it ;]] I moved from Lithuania to UK few months ago. I wasn't able to take my cycle with me, so I still don't have one, but anyway I'm planing to scope around UK next year and find some nice trails. So I'm actually interested where everything was going on ;] It looks like a little dream place to ride
