Try making your own comment next time, instead of posting under the first one with no relation to the comment above.
They are called freelap, watch costs about 240$ and the posts are about 130$ for a set of 3 if im not wrong.

 the only thing i wonder is how he gets the timer beeping thing thats at the top of the track when hes finished a run?

 he puts the timer at the bottom of the run, and is wearing a watch that when he hits "starts" counts down from 5, then once he passes the "timer stick" at the bottom of the course it automatically stop the time on his watch. So essentially there is no stick/timer at the top of the track.
