I had the chance of making an appearance at a local film festival, so this is a one of video produced specially for the event which I thought I might aswell upload.  I have to say something and i hope some of you agree. Its starts to feel like its to much about the edit and filming. Back in ''the old days'' movies were made with dv cameras and digital cameras with film function and that was all about the riding not the camerawork. Please pick better VODS (: Someone agrees?

 I see your point, but I'd like to think my filming has a nice combination of both styles.

oh and also... some of that is filmed with a dv camera and some with a digital camera that has a film function... Wink

 Cool video but its was obvious that some of the footage was sped up which left we wondering at the end about how the original shots looked. Sweet edit though, i can only wish to make a video like that one day.

 When I saw the writing at the start I thought it was going to be very amateurish, but the video and shots were class, edited together very well. I guess I shouldn't judge a video by fancy logo's or title pages Smile

 I dont mind someone moaned about it being 'sped up' it made him look like he was going really really fast, and if u hadnt done it on that line of jumps he would have dropped into the gaps and hurt himself.

 nope, apparently it wasn't good enough.. the panel of judges are aged 60+ so are all boring farts anyway.

 That sucks. It would be good to get some vids like this into film festivals. Film festivals should be about all types of film, not the narrow list of genres that seem to be accepted.

 It's amusing how they want to show off local film maker's but yet they choose old men with handycam's over myself, They need to realize that their living in the 21st century and that no one new is coming to watch because they find the films displayed boring.
