I've actually met and rode with Scott a few times. He's the guy that started all of it. He is the 100% OG of BMX. He is the one. Might as well be God!

This video discriminates riding women. Damn, bike girls dress up better and usually CAN RIDE. They are not simply an addition to male riders, but somebody equal. But this vid shows a woman as neither intelligent nor skilled quasi-model... I am simply disgusted.

Back to the topic, girls who ride bikes want to see sexy but skilled riders. No matter male or female. If Hannah Tracey or Morgane Charre participate in bike advertisement, I will be eager to buy a product. Girl who ride amazingly and also looks sexy will be better. Because vids like that one treats woman like a mannequin, not a person. That makes men thinking that girls are unable to ride and, as a result, makes our lives more difficult.

Good to hear it. I think Morgane Charre or Rachel orsome other female pro rider is far more good looking than that woman, but it is only my own preference. I'm not a feminist, I'm only a rider who believe that I'm equal with man, because my skills are equal.Moreover, to be sexy doesn't mean weak riding. Stylish ride plus physical beauty is the most sexy, I know it because I observe other girls who ride with me and they impress me a lot and inspire to improve my riding. I've been practising with other women two years and it taught me to appreciate they courage, bravery, skills etc. set to their attractive look. I'm not accuse that model - that's her job, she does her bests, she do nothing wrong. But I simply want to show a girlish outlook on that issue. Sex sells, but it' s better to show something worthwhile, not only breasts. For example, when advertisment shows male rider, it shows his riding skills, not his sexy butt.

Thanks, for the info (common knowledge), but what I was referring to was your claim that the PK Ripper was the bike that started it all. Extremely inaccurate. I do know Scott personally, and was a part of the whole thing myself. Meaning that I was there. Scot invented BMX, not Parry Kramer's sig bike. For the most part anyway. Kids were racing before Scott, but he made it what it is today.

Patterson frames, still awesome bikes today (if you can find one). I believe there's a website that offers all the OG BMX parts to people ie, skyway wheel sets and frames. I grew up around Redline, hutch, Haro, GT, -eddy fiola still has it lol, diamond back, SE (of coarse), Hats off to you too brother! special thanks for uploading this video.
