The Silver Lining

It's tough to lose your wife/best friend/adventure buddy but being surrounded by so many great people in the mountain biking community has helped me get through it. Thanks to my friends @jeff-lenosky and @briceshirbach for getting me out on the bike after a difficult time. Music: For Sarah by Tourist Used with written permission from William Phillips, Tourist

Beautiful. This one really hit home, my wife passed away in 2013 and mountain biking has been the only thing keeping me sane.

This really hit home for me as well. I lost my Mom when i was 15 in 2012 to breast cancer. I had a really hard time coping and still do, but I started mountain biking and it has totally turned my life around and i owe it to the mountain bike community for helping me deal with my pain. Very touching video, thanks for sharing. #f*ckcancer.

I don't know that kind of loss, but as a married family man, I do fear the possibility. The mountains, mountain biking and snowboarding have always been very therapeutic for me and pulled me out of some dark times. Sorry for your loss.
