Its a medical fact that guys like this cop act this way because they were bullied at a young age by peers and parents. That why this guy is a dbag. Kids about the age of these skater bullied him and he tries to get back at them. Its way out of line and illegal. The kid didn't use ANY foul language, offensive gestures, or loud voices against this cop. There is no reason for him to act like that to kids. He could be arrested himself for battery charges and thievery. I pisses me off so much that cops like this are allowed to even work as mentioned.

He is not doing his job. If he was doing his job he wouldn't have to yell like that or grab and abuse that kid. If he was doing his job he would have calmed down after realizing the kid couldn't hear him and asked them to leave. The kids were on their way until he attacked them and escalated the situation. You yell at someone like that and 9 times out of 10 they aren't going to listen. They will stand there and look like a deer in the headlights.

Wow, seriously, this is ridicule. Ok, it's his job to keep the order on his "territory" so he can ask the kids to leave or to go away, and if they don't want, he can give them a fine. Fair enough, the second time I watched it, I tried to look for something the kid may have done to provoke the officer, and to be fair... He didn't react how I would have. (" Your not aloud to ride your skateboards down here, Anywhere") Now, instead of saying "What! I didn't hear you!? :S" I personally would have apologised, said alright, and moved on. = Situation solved, it wont have escelated to that level!.
But either way, it was far to harsh by the "officer" and actually does make me feel sick.

Even so, he understood that they were kids. You don't do shit like that, and yes the kid was a little rude, but it's not like were all in the military.
