  • 1 0
 Sure are Salute

they look so good in these photos, but when you build them.. they'll get wrecked ! better off in a photo :')

Lifetime warranty is an attractive feature. Shows how much faith deity have in them. Spanish BB on the cryptkeeper wouldn't have been my call seeing as mountain bike style cranks such as SLXes and Saints are used so much at the moment but Meh, looks like a great frame.
  • 1 0
 What's a spanish bottom braket?
  • 1 0
A BMX sized bottom bracket rather than an MTB bottom bracket (euro BB).
  • 3 0
deity should make a rigid to go with it...not that theres THAT many options on how they could make one but it would be cool to have a matching fork like NS makes their frame and forks

I'll agree that these frames are a bit on the heavy side... Although in their defence for that price and warranty what can you complain about? With the post-weld heat treating they are unlikely to fail. Pay less for more... Or pay more for less? There are advantages and disadvantages no matter which road you take. It's just a matter of preference.

5.4 lbs is pretty light for steel...
  • 1 0
It's not heavy... But my old-ass Dobermann is just over 5lbs (actually less cause I cut the dropouts) I think some of the Dartmoor frames are under 5. But like I said. Your not gonna get this kinda price or warranty. Still awsome frames.

Beautiful frame. The gussets flow very nicely with the curves of the frame. The tie ins and wrapping of the welds are A+. The weight is in line, post treatment of the frame and lifetime warranty is awesome!!! Deity paves the way! Now only if I DJed or street rode.....

I've been waiting ages for these, they look sweeeeeeet! gyro tabs could have been neat though seeing the rise of the hydro gyro coming through. but these are some serious pieces of metal built for shredding!
  • 3 1
Pure unadulterated sex! Gratz in the frame launch, Deity!

So, when are you going to start dropping info on the full suspension prototype? THAT is what i am waiting for!
  • 3 0
dropouts could do with work in my opinion! and an intergrated seat clamp would be cool!
  • 1 0
 AMEN (Y)
  • 2 1
Why do people sill use (Y) it looks like an ass....not a thumbs up. haha Smile
  • 1 0
i think it looks like tits (.Y.) ---- see ;p

I'm more into ass if i'm honest Razz and it's because it's the msn emoticon shortcut Razz
  • 4 1
Nice welds and colors BUT ugliest dropouts and (to repeat myself) a 70.5 degree head angle on a "street" frame....really?
  • 1 0
The dropouts aren't THAT bad, and what HTA would you like to see for street???
  • 2 1
I have seen worse dropouts, but I have seen a lot nicer too. its not like its hard to come up with good looking ones either. Head angle....I currently have 73 degrees on my bike and would want it steeper rather than slacker.
  • 1 0
 the dropouts are bad!
  • 1 0
Foot clearance is already tight with a 70.5 HA on a 26" frame. 73+ degrees puts the wheel much closer still.

Factor in fork ATC:

HA steepens 1 degree for every 20mm that the ATC of the fork drops. Assuming they designed around a 450mm ATC fork, a 410mm rigid fork would sit the frame at 72.5 degrees
  • 1 0
Is having the spanish style BB a bad thing? Thats the only thing making it hard to decide between the Cryptkeeper or the Transition TOP
  • 3 1
the jelly to my homeless steez ,looks like whipping and spinning this will be easy. deity repp'n it
  • 1 0
Those frames look awesome! Super clean welds, nice attention to detail in the braces and no unnecessary shit going on. I'll take one of each please Big Grin
  • 2 0
Reppin' Deity yo, my toxic green CK comes tomorrow. Eric and Sadie are the best in the bizz.
  • 1 0
is the toxic green fluroescent or just a flat colour?
  • 1 0
 bright n' glossy.
  • 1 0
super sick frames, but I'm not so keen on the pastel colors...it'd be a black or white frame for me

still dialed though Salute
  • 1 0
Not feeling the Spanish BBs. I usually like to use MTB cranks on my street/dirt bikes, and a Spanish BB limits my crank options overall as well.
  • 1 0
The frames look soooo clean and well build, beautiful. Would love to get my hands on the white Cryptkeeper. Keep you the good work Deity.
  • 1 0
 Thanks for the support!
  • 2 0
there so nice! just so clean and neat
  • 2 0
Make sure you check em out guys, you'll be impressed.
  • 1 0
They look really clean. Awesome looking geo and paint too!
  • 1 0
the 'street' geo looks way nicer to me, for trails as well as park and street
  • 1 0
if deity makes a dh frame i would order it without even looking.
  • 3 2
I found out these were released before pinkbike Smile i feel acomplished
  • 5 0
Trying to be a hipster or what?
  • 2 0
 Solid geo and build!
  • 1 1
just a shame about the spanish bb... otherwise id definitely be interested
  • 1 0
 Huh? Best BB EVER.
  • 1 0
Much agreed...light, clean, durable, cost effective. Nevertheless, we understand peoples point of view with not being able to run standard MTB cranks. But, the pros outweighed the cons for us... -deity
  • 1 0
Fair enough guys, just means I'd have to buy new cranks...and I love my saints...
Any chance you're gonna release a standard BB version later? Love the look of the green cryptkeeper Big Grin
  • 1 0
Thanks for the comment. No plans to run a euro BB shell on the Cryptkeeper or Streetsweeper, but we will be using one on our Slopestyle frame. -deity
  • 1 0
Is one 26" specific and the other 24" ?
  • 1 0
Both are designed around 26", the Cryptkeeper is DJ, the Streetsweeper is for strreet and park
  • 1 0
God damn, they are NICE !!

Loving the purple =)
  • 1 0
 I need a Street Sweeper...just sick.
  • 1 0
 Dang those welds are clean
  • 1 1
 Doesn't say whether they're build around 24s or 26s?!
  • 1 0
 Both are 26"
  • 1 0
 Who welds them?
  • 1 0
 Clean!
  • 1 1
wtf is wrong with the dropouts??
  • 1 0
 4.5 lbs!?!?!?
