Pure and raw.

NOX team riders Christoph Eder and Marco Haderer love bike parks and some solid airtime. They also love to be independent of cable cars and shuttles. With the perfect e-ride, nothing stands in the way of both. Out and about on their NOX HeLIUM Enduro 7.1 Pro bikes including the FAZUA evation 2.0 Drive System, the guys are sending it more than once through the Hungarian trail center in Sopron.

PS: VOLUME UP! Underlined by the perfect soundtrack – RAW!

 Their dope, got one and my riding has gone up 300% compared to last year. Bike park season is year.

 they can certainly be a lot of fun. no replacement for a regular bike, but they are just completely different things, can enjoy em in parallel. I bought my dad an aggresive ebike so i could use it when he isnt to supplement my regular rides and its actually made me appreciate regular rides differently.

 @Allen82: me tooooo Smile

 Hahaha this is so me. Now I have one and it compliments my non e-bike. Basically e-bike is for riding by myself and wanting to crush some downhill, normal bike with the friends or park.

 @InsaNeil024: Exactly. It's completely insane to me that we climb for 30 minutes for 5 minutes of downhill on analog bikes.

 @coletrane-mtb: for me this is a key reason why ebikes are winners. I just feel bad for my analog friends who are wiped out after 2 climbs to the top of the run when I have so many more left in me. It's nice to swap bikes to let them have a go though and enjoy the ride up for a change.

 @WADAS: It says in the article, Sopron, but if you go all that way from Oradea you better go to Semmering Big Grin

 @bogdanc: Sorry man, i am not really familiar with the Budapest trails, i know there are a couple great one, but i never been there though.

You are right about that, we also don't have a chairlift.

 @WADAS: Not on TrailForks?
  • 1 0
 @WADAS: You can find some on János-hegy. Check it out on Trailforks. They start at Erzsébet kilátó. You can get up there with the cogwheel from Városmajor

 Never heard of NOX bikes, so looked them up. Aside from being fugly looking, their concept with the Fazua motor is kinda cool. Around 40lbs complete bike with motor and battery, but you can unclip the motor and battery unit, put a blank downtube cover on, and run it as a regular analog bike too at around 34lbs. 2 bikes in 1. If you're into that.

 Mum always says "if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything." ................................................but that was pretty dope!
  • 9 6
 Great riding. Shame about the schralping though.

 Good lord that was a good vid no matter what the bike.

 Does anyone know how much those bikes weigh? They seem to be in that new "lightweight" category.
  • 1 0
 Manufacturer’s website says:
Gewicht: ca. 24,5 - 24,9 kg (je nach Ausstattung und Rahmengröße / ohne Pedale)
Translated to English:
Weight: approx. 24.5 - 24.9 kg (depending on equipment and frame size / without pedals)

 Ebikes are RAD

 Looks like a regular bike, rides like one, but surely its the exact same as a 450cc dirt bike.

 Planted and Speed of an eMTB!
  • 1 1
 going to have a e bike moan.. these fazua motors are " half power and much lighter than the full fat ones you see at your trail centre hence they look fun to ride haha
  • 2 3
 The ‘no need for cable cars’ comment doesn’t make sense to me. When you ride a lift served resort like Mammoth or Whistler you typically get 4 or 5 times more vertical meters in than an ebike battery can provide. ??
  • 1 0
 Ahhh the FAZUA 2.0 self-lubricating muffler bearing enhancer. Best one made
  • 2 1
 Wow! extremly good riding an editing! that cornering at 1:21 is mindblowing!
  • 1 2
 Good riding, didn't even seem like e bikes. But whomever is putting the logs on the edge of the trail is an idiot trail builder.
