100% serious. My money ir ready and i'm only waiting for them to ship to the US continent. Someone at Canyon told me that's their next target in the next months.
Agree completely. Canyon will be really dangerous to shop-only brands given how wide a range they make. I love YT but they only make 3 bikes. Commencal also only focuses on mountain and they only sell alloy bikes. Fezzari's aren't a globally recognized company due to the lack of race support so people are less likely to jump on that (so it seems). Plus that name is lame.
Adding carbon road, XC and mid-travel trail bikes to the direct only market would be really sweet.
I'm just surprised the sponsors are okay with it since they all claim how their air shocks work just as good as coil.
I just ordered a Van RC because I blew a piston seal on my DBair.
DH courses are way shorter so i would go airshock as well .i,m betting the airshocks get pretty hot cycling that much over a 14min run , a coil shock with inert gas will not change performance wise as much as a airshock as nitrogen does not expand like air does when it warms up
He runs a custom setup. Something about breaking his leg years ago so he one leg is slightly shorter than the other. I am old so my memory may be failing me.
if the Durolux ive got on my bike is anything to do by, I think i owe it to them to give whatever high end shock they have in the pipeline a proper chance/try
Who is the guy in this video and what did he do to Tippie? I mean, he is barely talking at all.
When I read the headline I was expecting Tippie to do a 30 second bike check, with the rider just standing by, and I was prepared to spend 5 minutes afterwards just to process the information Tippie supplied in those 30 seconds...
