Pinkbike Poll: How Do You Prefer to Get to the Top of a Descent?
Nothing beats the sense of achievement of a good long techy climb. It’s both exhausting and meditative, and the big descents are often so much better when you earn them. Still love shuttle/lift days though but they don’t happen often.

Video: Gettin' Rowdy in Texas Hill Country with Jeff Kendall-Weed
I watch Jeff's videos and I just wanna get better! It's amazing what a local community of riders can achieve. Great vid mate.

Field Test: Trek Remedy 9.9
@mikelevy: I own a '16 Fuel EX9 with the 130mm fork and after riding the 18 version, I'd agree with you. For the same reason, if I bought a 2019 Remedy, I'd want to swap out those 2.6 tyres for something less balloon like and more responsive. We seem hell bent on muting the trail and in the process (no pun intended) we're losing something. Then again, it depends where you ride.

Field Test: Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper 29
@mikelevy: Sounds like an Altitude would climb more efficiently and but still be as plush on the descents with a DPX2. Would you agree? By the way, I love these reviews. Honest and straight to the point. They're really helpful given how hard it can be to get demos.

Video: Riding in Arkansas with Jeff Kendall-Weed
I love the fact Jeff''s videos make the viewer feel included, irrespective of age and skill level. Nice to see mention of people who have come to MTBing later in life. Even though our riding skills are still developing, we have a lot of real world knowledge to grow MTBing where ever we live...and we're just as stoked as the grommets! If you're lacking motivation at any time though, just watch any of Jeff's videos. Have a nice day.

Review: Kona Satori DL
Maybe just bring back the Process 134DL, spec it properly, and we’ll all be happy.
