POC Releases Solar-Powered Omne Eternal Helmet
The waste of this is what gets me. I read through their website and there's no reason to think that the electronics can be moved to a new helmet. So, if you crack your helmet or just replace it on a schedule, you have to buy new lights. Not to mention, it seems unlikely that the energy savings of a solar powered bike light could make up for the energy to make a little solar panel like this unless it's being used every single day.
I could see this being super useful for bike touring. And there is probably potential for better integration of lights with helmets.

Sidi Announces New Gravity-Focused Dimaro Shoe
Am I the only one who feels like traditional clipless pedal shoes have way better off-bike traction than skateboard style soles? My old shimano shoes had deep rubber lugs that gave great traction on steep, loose hills of redwood loam and in mud, and fine traction everywhere else. Not so much for flat soled 5.10s.

Final Results: French National Championships Downhill 2019
I personally would think that it would show pride in their country and encourage participation for them to show up, but what do I know?

Atherton Bikes Confirm Team Details & Show Full Bike For the First Time
I disagree, I think it looks clean and functional. Swoopy tubes for the sake of swoopy tubes are what's ugly.

Review: Crankbrothers' Klic Digital Floor Pump + Burst Tank
It's not that hard. I've re-seated every tubeless tire I've had with a floor pump and some effort.Trailside repair is the same as a tubed tire: stick in a spare tube and inflate it.

Pinkbike Poll: Does Bike Weight Matter?
@speed10: That's a poor analogy. That's the case for a balloon because an air filled balloon has very little momentum to counter air resistance. Not the same situation as a bike.

Derailleur vs Gearbox: Nicolai Ion 16 vs Ion GPI - Review
Both bikes in the test were relatively heavy, 34 lbs for the derailleur version and 4 more with the gearbox. The point of the article is to compare two bikes that are as similar as possible.
24lbs is extreme weight weenie territory for an enduro bike, no closer to an average high end build weight than 34 lbs is.
