For those of you who haven't seen the movie 'Brighter' yet, there's never been a better time than now!The film is now available on iTunes in the USA, Canada, the UK, and Ireland. All other territories are in the works. Check out the links below to purchase digitally on iTunes, or buy the DVD right here on Pinkbike.
Brighter is a decent movie. Alot of all around riding. Music isnt my choice of good, but it fits the style of riding they do. Its about a 6.5/10 for me.
Still not available on the UK iTunes Store, Bunkey posted his comment 9 days ago and you still havent sorted the problem!!! unless you want us to by "Escape to Chimp Eden, Season 2" which currently comes up when you search for Brighter, you best pull your finger out!..... On the bright side, while i was searching iTunes, i stumbled upon Seasons, Vast, Virtuous and many others for £1.89!!!
this looks sick. sick riders, sick riding, sick lines. biking entertainment. i found life cycles deeply boring, the riding was lame, almost all the riders were average, almost all the trails were flat, and it was just way too arty for its own good. anyone agree?
@j-maul. itunes>itunes store>top right, search for "seasons", "vast" or whatever>click "film" or "TV programs" on the left hand side>BOOOM!! bobs your uncle, fannies your aunt, milkmans your dad
@pinityoufairy: There's nothing average about Aggy, Matt Hunter, etc.. Mike Hopkins air to start his section was not average, and nothing flat about Utah. Yes, it is artsy, but that's a rarely shown style of filming MTB. The first time I watched it, I was confused like "where's all the punk music and huge drops?" kinda thing. But after watching it for what it is, and not the pre-conceived notion of what a bike movie is, I was able to really appreciate how they (the film makers) were able to show the beauty of MTB that we as riders rarely get a chance to think about, as we're so focused on the now. Watch it again... Nonetheless I will be getting this flick too...
i wasnt a fan of life cycles either @pinityoufairy it was good for what it was, but it was not for me. Yeah it was beautiful but so is a Celine Dion concert!
the gods at life cycles shat out one of the greatest mountain biking movie gems i have ever seen in my life, if not the greatest and anyone who talks shit on their hard work and the beautiful movie they created is a damn fool.
this was a rad movie. yeah, it's short, and the production is a step below lifecycles/NWD/Anthill, but the riding was sick. Buehler's air to close the film is one of the largest I've ever seen - simply massive.
Yeah its sucks big time, especially when i'm willing to pay for it & don't want a physical copy...but you can get around it...its a bit of a pain but you can buy US itunes vouchers online from various websites(as you can't topup a US itunes account with a non US credit card), then setup an itunes account with a US address(for a bit of cheek I used apples headquarters address), credit your account with that voucher, then go download the movie, I did this for Life Cycles and Follow me.
I remember a while back Follow Me tweeted something about not torrenting(which I did before i found out about the itunes voucher trick and wanted a HD version) their movie when it was released, but they shoot themselves in the foot when they don't make a digital version available internationally for purchase..
