Pinkbike Poll: What are you Racing this Year?

The UK has always had a strong race scene. Events are usually packed out and have been since way back in the day. Even with continual price increases, more series and new disciplines most start lines are filled out. After a slow start with enduro, we've ended up with two national series (even sharing the name for a short period of time!), two Welsh series, a Scottish series, a Northern series and many more. Despite the enduro-advance, the downhill scene is still booming; getting yourself to the start line of a Pearce Cycles downhill race is considered a black art, with 300 entries disappearing faster than a chainless American. The XC scene is ticking over in the background as well as some real endurance in the form of Epic Cymru, Mountain Mayhem 24hr and plenty of pain caves being provided by the No Fuss Events team in Scotland.

UK racing stalwart, Tracy Moseley, has retired but she's sure to be found attacking the odd enduro or XC event in the UK this year.

 You can't leave the British 4X series off the list, probably one of the longest standing series and one of the best. No uci points needed and one of the lowest entry prices.

 speaking of which how the hell did xc make the list but 4x didn't ???? is it because it doesn't conform to all the uci crap. enduro and xc are almost the same thing just one is more aggressive than the other and the bikes are a little different. 4x is along side down hill in terms of spectator fun, racer fun and just outright mental

 Enduro and XC are almost the same thing just one is more aggressive than the other and the bikes are a little different It's about as close as Enduro and Downhill or any other form of Mountain Biking. That said isn't 4x just like bmx.........

 Looking forward to the UK enduro. Really hoping the tracks are as good and tech as advertised! Raced the Afan round of the WGE last weekend and it was an absolute pedal fest with zero technicality. Still fun though...

 Alot of the DH races are over Wales way anyway which is no good for us south eastern people. Downhill freeriders for me. Havnt raced since i was 16 and im now 25! should be fun!

 South East to Wales? Hardly a big distance! You should try racing the National series in Australia... 9 hour drive to the next city to the west, 5 hour flight to the northern round!!
