@sfarnum: I keep buying bikes with carbon frames and factory level suspension from brands that I think are cool. I know it’s stupid. I recently confirmed this on my holiday in Australia renting a Trance X with Fox Rhythm suspension. It was an absolute hoot!

I used to have a Hope Pro 4 157mm DH hub on my Superboost bike. It had equal flange distances on both sides, with the total flange distance only slightly narrower than a 148mm hub. The wheels ended up being massively more durable! I´m a heavy dude (100kg/220lbs) and usually have to retension at least once a season. These wheels lasted 3 seasons before I sold the wheels with the bike. I don´t agree with all the hate Superboost gets. Give me Superboost with symmetrical hubs, symmetrical rims and equal spoke tension any day!

Sr Suntour, X-fusion, Manitou, Push, Marzocchi. Such a welcome change from the bland SRAM and Fox equipped WC DH bikes.

All I want to know is If the CSU will creak or not.

I don't get why no one (including Canyon) are doing external cables inside the down tube protection anymore. First off all it's easy to maintain, it looks good and you get full down tube protection. @Muscovir: out of the box the Rythm is way better than the Yari. If you upgrade it with a Charger damper things improve significantly, but the Motion Control damper is pretty spikey at best.

Hi Greg! A great way to cure the fear of flying is exposure. Come to Norway and I'll bring you with me for a day at work - Jump seat and all. You'll love it!
