My buddy loses control and his bike pays the price. Yes, the bike survived.

 dude the sound of his voice makes you feel so bad for him and you can see there is no way in hell he is just jumping in to get it. It's gone and he knows it. Props for getting it back eventually though.

 Well mostly because I wasn't on my bike blasting down some mountain runs Smile Work does that to a guys schedule I guess. Thank god for Pink Bike, at least I can imagine I am riding all the great runs in the videos.

And I'm with everyone else. Kinda sad and funny at the same time. A lot of us would've responded the same way too. Maybe it's a good idea to have a leash on a bike in some places .

 haha yes, but it was an intense operation involving a rappel 50 feet down a canyon wall and then back up with the bike teathered. The bike sustained surprisingly little damage.
