 Yeah, it's public land... they just tear down all the built up features but there's nothing stopping someone going back out and rebuilding like they did here.

 Just as a heads up, this is not public land. The original Rampage site is but this is completely on private land. I wouldn't advocate telling random joes to go out there unless we want a lawsuit and the owner of the land to cancel all future events. Not worth it, go to the original site if you want to rip.
