 Just a friendly heads up to all with questions about the location; the builders have worked very hard at creating and preserving the relationships with the governing bodies as well as creating some amazing trails. Not to be too strong a voice of localism but if you are willing to pick up a shovel and rake they will be more than willing to share what they have. Otherwise it is greatly appreciated that this remains a hidden jem. Thanks.
