Firstly a huge thank you to all our customers for the support and helping shape Nukeproof to what it is today.

It's been a huge year for us at Nukeproof with the launch of the all-new Mega 275 and 290 which was capped last weekend with that amazing EWS victory by Sam Hill in Valberg. Here's what we have in store for 2017:

The Bikes:

The pinnacle of the range is the Team 275. Designed to excel on the toughest enduro tracks. A gravity focused specification; designed to descend fast, but have the efficiency to pedal and climb for all day epics. Inspired by Sam Hill's EWS winning set up, the new team features a 170mm Rockshox Lyric RCT3 fork, Mavic's new Deemax Pro wheelset and Sram's Eagle X0-1 12spd drivetrain. Finished with our premium components including our award winning 780mm Carbon Warhead bars and Vector AM trail saddle.

All new to the Nukeproof line up is the Digger. The Digger originated from wanting a do-it-all training bike for our athletes. It's a versatile bit of kit. Designed to lap up the base miles, shred paths or get wild on the trails. A truly adaptable frame with a blend of road and mountain bike geometry whilst having the capacity for panniers and mudguards, the Digger can create an adventure out of any ride.

That's why I'm buying one of these. So when Trump wins at least I know my bikes will survive.

@fantaman: Kim Jong iLL'in on his sick mega 275

Whoever designed the colour scheme / logo placement really needs to have another look. Remove the bottom of the D from Digger and it looks rather bad..
  • + 14
 I don't get it.

It looked just like that at the first sight ^^ well, even that name would be good for a cross bike )))

It really doesn't look like that - it took me aaages to see it, and I certainly wouldn't have unless you'd pointed it out. It makes me think, firstly, what the hell is wrong with you that you see that straight away?!? Clearly you've got some deep seated racial issues. Secondly, it's 2016 man, why the hell are you pointing that out?! Even if that is how you see it, keep it to yourself. Pointing it out isn't funny and it isn't advancing any cause, so what are you trying to achieve? Just want to say something for the sake of it? Think about the impact your comments have before you say anything. Whether it was meant in a racist way or not is totally irrelevant, it's really offended me, and it will offend others. No comment with any vaguely racist undertone should be tolerated. There should be no safe space for racism, not even here. I'm shocked it's been upvoted. Seriously pinkbike, today, f*ck you.

I'm grabbing my bike and heading to the woods to get away from this sh*t.

@blahblahbikes: You politically correct Brits are easily offended.
  • + 4
@blahblahbikes: agree with you, but considering his profile name maybe you have to read that comment with a Jeremy Clarkson voice...
  • + 13
So now the word "digger" is offensive?
Because of what it could be?
Jezzah you're an idiot
  • + 10
@kubaner: pretty sure its because it actually looks like n*gger rather than what it could be, thats like saying luck or punt are rude.
  • + 36
@poah: now I see. Thanks for helping a diggah out!
  • - 2
Any brand/name/title could be converted to any other word by taking out some letter or changing it... But your point isn't sounds like funny at all. So upvoting on PB now means nothing for me. Thanks!
  • + 10
Ahhhh somebody help I'm feeling triggered! Safe space! safe space!
  • + 2
And they have the Digger in black! They just dropped a racist bomb, but they are Nukeproof so they know it can't touch them...... I'll show myself out.
  • - 1
@blahblahbikes: he meant WIGGER! Sticking up for all you beat boxing brits! can't believe your head went there, now who's the rah-sist?! Appalled!
  • + 3
Digger is the nickname of the guy who built tons of trails in North Vancouver, and that's all I thought about when I saw that bike, (and what a sweet bike it is).
  • + 1
@dtm1: why all the hate on a Diggah! Word is bind yo!
  • + 15
Wow! You guys really didn't get what I was saying.

I'm saying the designer here removed the bottom of the D already by cutting off the bottom of the text. I'm a graphic designer so perhaps I look at this with a slightly different eye to others when it comes to stuff like that.. now do you see what I mean?

No offence, nothing racial. The internet is a strange place.
  • + 6
@blahblahbikes: hey f*ck you, man. Lighten up
  • + 2
For "politically correct" read socially conscious and morally responsible.

Shame on you all for mocking progressive society. Check your privilege.
  • + 5
 SJW of pinkbike assemble!!!...

@jezzah What you said makes sense, as a professional you have to make sure there is no way your design can be misinterpreted, because otherwise the PC brahs of pinkbike will attack.

Pointing out a design oversight doesn't make you a racist.
  • + 2
Just to be clear here, my problem isn't so much with the original comment but the hysterical anti PC stuff that came after.
  • + 3
 @hitmansam: naggers
  • + 2
@jezzah: I don't think anyone except some mentalist thought your point had an racist connotations, kinda like the walker who get's his panties in a bunch about MTB'ers on a shared access path
  • + 1
@poah: no one knew what word we were discussing. Glad you clarified.

Also, butttt hurt in here is insane.
  • + 3
@jezzah: I hear you there. It's like these GIBOT bikes. Typeface choice is key when integrated into a base bar element.

@ivankvkharkiv: exactly, by dropping and adding a few letters I could change "Specialized" to "Sh*t" but let's be honest we would still ride them and they would eventually sue for naming rights

An advert for a full suspension enduro race bike filmed entirely on tracks you could ride down on a full rigid town bike.
When did we lose the 'all terrain' bit of ATB???
  • + 15
 Where's the dh bike?
  • + 8
There is a new Pulse, just this video and shoot was only for the Mega's
  • + 2
@Nukeproofinternational: So the Mega has an FSR link and the Pulse doesn't? Why no FSR link on the Pulse?
  • + 1
@bizutch: Why fsr on the mega?

So is there a separate release for the pulse?
  • + 1
@russthedog: Not sure what you're asking.
The 2016 & 2017 Mega use an FSR link suspension system. The Pulse DH bike looks to have a single pivot design, which I guess is sort of odd. You'd think they'd use the same 4 bar on the entire full suspension range.
  • + 1
@bizutch: And I asked why not use the single pivot on the entire range?
  • + 1
@russthedog: Got to ride the new Mega. The FSR linkage works well on it.
  • + 4
If life were actually like commercials everything would be so over the top great.
  • + 5
"Just about to go do some more super things on this super day in super town! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Now that has to be the greatest thing ever! Another amazing day chaps! I literally couldn't imagine anything going any better than everything has gone my entire life!"
  • + 13
@Kramz: Why would you reply to your own comments ?
  • + 9
 That's crazy!
  • + 5
 Just NO!!
  • + 5
 OK just cut it out!!!
  • + 5
 I'll stop now!!!!
  • + 2
@justincs: Well that one I wrote, and decided I want to add to it after with an example of what living in a commercial would be like, and you can only edit them on a computer.
  • + 1
They are behind the curve... Needing to expand .... I love my 2015 mega AM 27.5 have it all set like the enduro race 17....before they even came out....Never the less it would be nice to see boost /plus/fat to the line up....
  • + 2
The Team 275 looks great. Back to their normal and good looking colours. Its also great to see more and more bikes being specced with awesome tyres. WTB trail boss and Vigilantes are amazing! Not a Schwalbe in sight = bliss
  • + 1
Dude... who designed that paint scheme... it's not good.

How can you not tell what the Digger actually looks like it says? What letter does it make when you remove the bottom of a D?

Really?

Also... 2by? Really?

To me... if you're gonna make a bike that's already being made (Ibis Hakkalugi) do it differently or better than the other guy. This looks like a Hakka that's not as nice. Should have sold it as a 1x with a dropper and the ability to hold slightly wider tires.

I love these new nukeproofs, but definitely overkill on that trail. That was basically a pump track, and full suspensions suck on pump tracks. I guess Sam Hill was busy. Still if anyone wants buy me one, anyone of them would be perfect in my neck of the woods.
  • + 2
Just in case anyone is wondering, they do still make the Pulse. It's not just 'duro bikes, though you'd be forgiven for thinking it.
  • + 4
I dig the digger....cool winter training bike
  • + 3
Those megas have a certain zest about them....
  • + 2
Pleasing to watch video of place where you have been on XC bike ) what a difference in style )
  • + 1
Will there be a frame only on the 290? If so, any idea on price? The new builds are a step in the right direction but i'd still want to change too many things.
  • + 3
This is was I need if I want to be Sam Hill ?
  • + 2
probably DH carbon will appear soon alone.. ????
  • + 1
New bikes are all well and good, but can they survive a nuclear bomb explosion as claimed!?
  • + 1
Better than a carbon frame so called super bike that is really toxic
  • + 22
 With that flag...you tell us
  • + 1
 @Spark24: Haha got'em!!
  • + 21
@Spark24: It's a no, Kim Jong Un commanded us to test them, and the results were disastrous. The aluminium turned into shrapnel, and shattered Kim Jong Un's window on the viewing platform. Kim Sung Jong, the project manager, received substantial radiation poisoning and is now recovering in hospital. Last we heard, he was doing ok, but the message was interrupted by a power outage.

The North Korean enduro team has been dealt a significant setback in finding appropriate frames.
  • + 2
The dogs will be overfed this time.
  • + 1
@aljoburr: nah! I'll keep my carbon.
  • + 2
The "Digger" has taken on Specialized's McDuro paint-job I see.
  • + 1
I wish that they still made Rook and Solum. Those were only bikes I really liked (still like and would love to get them).
  • + 1
I choose to be offended....from you being offended
  • + 1
That is perhaps the smoothest single track I have ever seen.
  • + 1
No Sam Hill in promo ? Lol
  • + 1
same time same channel same look
  • + 1
Only thing i regret more is buying CB Joplin.
  • + 1
Love the new colours and Deore XT.
  • + 1
i think that knee pads looks like an Umbrella..
  • + 1
 Nukeproof 2017....No Pulse ??
  • + 1
So, just a change in paint jobs?
  • + 1
 What trail are they riding?
  • + 1
the planet es there to be enjoyed, WITH RESPECT
  • - 2
I am the owner of a yt industries wicked 150ltd 2012... And the nukeproof is very very similar in terms of design. I could see it in ews Sam Hill related videos.
  • + 1
Neg prop for saying that ? Cool
  • + 0
Nukeproof have built a road bike? I think I've seen everything now.
  • - 1
It kinda reads something ending in "igger"...
  • + 4
 Cyclocross but yeah basically
  • + 9
"Really? Have you seen a man eat his own head? Then I guess you haven't seen everything..."
  • + 4
 @Steezysix: And neither have we.
  • + 4
Its called a cyclocross bike! Or a plus road bike with aggressive geo
  • + 1
