@RBalicious: Yeah, I do. I can't say the pull ups have saved me from as many crashes as the push ups have, but they definitely help me keep the front wheel weighted on steep climbs.

I guess I’m going to be That Guy, but given the recent news about Alicia I struggled to watch. These cut off cleanly and abruptly and you don’t get to see and hear the painful aftermath on some (not all) of these and the weeks and months of recovery. Tough climb this week.
