Veteran freerider and long time Kali athlete Jordie Lunn has been hard at work sending it deep into the wilderness of Vancouver island. Fresh lines and sometimes no lines, not many people are on the rivet like this guy, especially on the big bike.

"I built all these lines last winter and into this spring. Summer was coming up quick and I wanted to get shooting but couldn't find anyone available to work with me. So I started going out and riding the lines, just testing mainly, shooting GoPro POV and still angles with my DSLR. After awhile I started asking my brother to come out and help me get some moving shots. When he couldn't make it, Luke or Ryder helped out. The end result was this edit...pretty rough, not the most professional, but some fun lines on Vancouver Island." - Jordie Lunn

 I agree, i prefer a grittier style over much of the highly polished stuff, a little more skate/bmx like. I think it's more a testament to their work than anything, it definitely takes a level of talent to pull it off. It's pretty easy for a budget edit to look like it was made by a half blind robo-tripping gerbil.

 Jordie coached my kids at a Silverstar camp some years ago. My wife too during the parents afternoon. They all thought he was super nice and awesome. We've been fans ever since. My youngest was kinda bummed though when I said that he couldn't show up to the first day of grade 6 with full sleeves and neck tattoos.

 His Maiden got stolen while he was shooting this, which was a mega bummer. We sorted him a new frame out, but that's why there was a bike switch in there.
