 Ehhh, he surfs really well... very solid for a bike barney, but that's a looong way off from surfing at an elite level. Pretty sure he does suffer at a pro level though given his fitness.

 @Bperd: I don't think Australians say that. It is just one of those viral phrases that came from your guy Paul Hogan, Crocodile Dundee in the Australia travel commercials. Just like "looks like a session or bmx background" are viral phrases of Pinkbike.

 Not a surprise he surfs, more that he surfs surprisingly well for someone that rides bikes for a living. There was a video of a few EWS guys hitting a surf pool at some point and plenty of them could surf, but nowhere near this level.
