Godang! I bet his bashgaurd didnt save that chainring! No doubt tho, this kid rips! He has some amazing talent, but spoiled( no offense) but no kid should have multiple multi-thousand dollar bikes and be rocking ENVE wheelsets. But i hope the little guy didnt get too messed up, and if so, heal soon bud!

@Quesadilla34. you f*cking idiot, read the actual article, says how it's a used bike he got from robbie bourdon. better than buying videos game systems and games. just support the kid for his skill and stop being so bitter that he's a better rider than you

Its cool dude, didnt mean to make u all mad, just sayi.g he had a pretty full garGe there, and did u miss the part where i commented on his sick riding

When I was 10, I was riding a Schwinn stepthrough frame I found on the side of the road, it had Vbrakes, a 40mm blown out fork, and my own neon green paintjob. Many scars on my shins still remember log rides and jumping speed bumps every afternoon.

This is what happens to kids when they grow up in Squamish. Flatlanders get hockey gear and got to 300 tournaments a year, which costs way more than a bike.

Easton haven wheels, kashima fox 831, avid elixir 9 I think brake. It is probably all custom too, making it even more expensive

yeah If this kid had a schwinn stepthrough whatever it is, then he would not be pinning this trail or hucking 40 ft. gaps

It's pretty weak to claim "rich parents". I know Seth and his family and this isn't a rich parents thing. In these parts people ride bikes and ski or snowboard. Not play hockey or figure skate. Seth's bike is used and bro dealt. My kids have good gear too. And I drive a piece of sh@t and am far from rich. I want to have bike and shred partners for life, so it's about bonding and hanging with my kids.

I'm the same way, but I know kids who aren't sponsored and ride carbon Demos and get all this publicity. Sometimes they're the coolest, all too often they almost seem like tri guys. Honestly I have no clue why I would say he's rich.

you guys ... that `s the main though when u see this movie ? he`s expensive bike...important it`s to have fun riding , doesn`t matter on what

Reguardless of how rad his gear is, Seth throws down. I've just moved to Squamish and the lines he's riding deserve the bicycle he rides them on.

Its not about being rich in money as it is about being rich in life by sharing what you do and love with your kids, and making sure they get the best they can. i grew up on shitty bikes and i make sure my kids dont. my son raced dh last year on a 20" scott hard tail and proved he wanted to ride so i got him a norco b-line built it all custom for him and bettered his times by 5 mins this year on the same courses. supporting your kids in biking is what is going to make the future of biking! Keep rippin kiddo!

Rich parents or not it doesn't matter, If/when I have kids and they want to rip bikes I only hope I can give them the opportunity to ride a bike half that sweet. I wish they had bikes like that when I was 10, I was on a tiny bmx looking thing with a coaster break. And I loved that bike!

Thanks man! I appreciate love! And I wanna move out there some day so i can be closer to the good mnt biking!! The riding down here.... It's trulely mediocre at best, and i can't ride year round i can ride like 10 out of the year if that... Which I know is alot still but MY own hand made trails are only usable 5 out of those 10 months which still is wayyyyyy better than great Brittan but hey I'd rather sunny and 75 every day than this crap out here of like 25 degrees during the winter and 110 during the summer

Lol. I wouldnt say all. Biking is a niche market. Id say a 70/30% towards fingering birds down the park and getting drunk on a 2 litre flagan of bow, or bottles of hooch. :-)

10 YEARS OLD AND HE ALREADY IS SHREDDING IT IN A VOD.... Time to hang up my clip ins and full face and time to pick up my parents taxes and file them..... I quit

absolutely amazing! he's 10 and rips it harder than most 20 year old riders. BTW mountain biking is an expensive sport but so is every other hobby that kids pick up. I know i wanted to be a drummer, a pro snowboarder, an equestrian rider and many other things when i was a kid. It isn't fair to say his parents are rich. They are just supporting their child in something that he loves to do and is obviously good at. so up yours to all the haters out there!

At 10 I used to ride a bmx that I used as a all mountain .... Climbed volcanos with it sleep the night and ride it down super jumpy rides.... Lost a tooth stitches inside my mouth ... Loved my bike it lasted me a life time then came to US and got a dh bike ..... He would definitely kick my ass, even now!

9thcivic.com/forum/threads/tires-car-ramps-interior-led-bulbs.5780 when i was 10, these were considered jumps !!!

"10 Year old Seth Sherlock, owning Squamish B.C." nice try kid, but base on your crash on that last gap jump - Squamish still owns you. Maybe next year :-)
- + 6
Just cause the kid rides better then you there is no need to hate. Also day after that crash Seth was in the bike park shredding where as you couldn't find that gap let alone hit it.
- + 1
I'd say squamish still owns him. It's easy when your young and havent had many big crashes. If he could walk after that he shoulda got back up and hit it again. Hopefully he still has the balls to go big. Cause thats the hardest thing to come back from. Thats what i learned when i was 10. Get back up and try it again. Dont get me wrong. The little dude rips. And hes very lucky to have people around that support his gnarly ass shredding. Keep ripping dude i wanna see some redemption!
