Love the epicness of this one! still had some hard core disorder type stuff though.. looks good! axel is a great filmer...
- + 22
definetly not...their on their way..but the collective has the soul and epicness down.. this one looks good!
- + 25
Bourdon is crazy! Every time I see one of his drops or gaps in the trailers I nearly shit my pants.
- + 9
good there is going to be dh in this video... this sport is like bmx, you have to be hella good to be someone.
- + 21
i think what paul said about being no body in ten years
i tink hes wrong
cuase he will be a somebody a legen
look at richie and john and wade and andrew
there all guysthat have been around for so long and there still remembered for there epci ridin and what they did to teh sport
- + 5
looks like it will be so sick, i've watched the trailer like 10 times already, amagin(sp) how many times i will watch the film once i get it, it looks like they are focusing more on freeride now too which is cool

reply to djing123 :
the reason those guys are legends is because they practically invented the sport of freeride mountain biking. those guys were the visionaries, and the people now are just picking up from where the others guys left off, they might get remembered for being the first to land some trick, but thats about it.

at first when i saw the title i was like oh shit not another nwd9 vod, but that was one of the best vods i have ever seen and i cant wait for the vid to come out
- + 4
and to think that some people think we ride up hills, wow that just blew my mind! unreal, im gonna go and ride, peace!
- + 1
I cant believe this it looks amazing and what Paul said, someone responded saying cowan and Simmons... have we forgotten the one rider everyone thought they wouldnt? Bender the one time sender
- + 0
bender really was a sender. but is just sending it what makes you good? i dont think so, in my opinion its good form and flow. once you can flow and pump and have good form, then go big, and you would be an amazing rider!!
- + 1
the thing is i never said anything about his skill, i commented on what paul said, we all thought that after the jaw drop we would never forget something that epic and then we dont even mention his name when talking about the old school people who throw it down?
- + 1
@fr3er1d3r: Ha Ha 10 years on and its almost out there even more because of its rawness - so rad
- - 28
i love how bourdo is so stoked on trying the same trick 9 times, thinking that its original.. but im pretty sure lacondeguy has been doing it for quite awhile now..
- + 4
have you seen how big the gap is?
and that it isnt a dirt jump the its on a hill its like red bull rampage
and that it isnt a dirt jump the its on a hill its like red bull rampage

Lecondeguy does corked 3's off 15 foot dirtjumps, bourdo landed one off a 60 foot sender. I suppose you would say the same thing about Cam McCaul's flip over the canyon in NWD 8, people have been backflipping for decades so that means its easy...
- + 5
nwd9 looks so much better then 8. im loving the fact that all the riders havea speech or w/e like in seasons. this definatly looks sick
- + 2
I agree with u snook, but in a wierd way i think it works, we all thought that seasons was the killer movie, but dare i say it this will give it a serious run for its money.....

This film looks like a real step up from previous offerings. The quality and effort put into the production and filming looks amazing and the riding is just goin nuts. Nice to see the Athertons in the new film because it's important for the series to keep up with the latest riders. Definitely going on my list of stuff to buy!!

"in 10 years i will be nobody, thats how action sports work" - That is mabye deep - until you first think about it. Actually it worx like that in almost every sport - xtreme/ not extreme. I saw that teaser like week ago - it was out there on this link: www.zapiks.fr/view/player.swf?file=19071

its gonna be good but its going to be one of thos films which doesnt have that much footage it has loads of interviews which no one wants to see.

i dont like the way he says ''in ten years i'll be nobody''
right now he's famous and in the years to come he wont be, becoming a ''nobody''
i'm not famous, does that mean he's calling me a nobody?
:'( lol

He's talking figuratively... most people do not remember riders from ten years ago... it is fact... you know. There are not many pros that ride as a career for more than ten years. Some do/// most do not. Most Pro riders have a short shelf life. It is sad but true. The sport is progressing more than any sport ever... which is super-awesome to be involved is such a F'N awesome sport. MTBing Rocks!!!
