I'm guessing they were sat round a conference table coming up with trendy buzzwords for a new collection and someone said "Elevated Futures" and the room erupted. Or maybe it didn't and they just went with it anyway.
@jrocksdh: It's not a bad idea for gloves, my most recent pair was a pair of bright red TLR ones so motorists could see my hand signals (including the rude ones...)
Only bummer is that they fell apart in about a month and I'm waiting for their replacements.
I scoured all three sentences looking for something like "all profits go to this great charity that works to... you know... elevate the future." Nope, just a marketing bandwagon with no follow through.
@fullfacemike: Those campaigns are unfortunately quintessential marketing hoopla. Companies exist to make products and make money, brands that push charity are just tugging heartstrings to hawk stuff. It is not genuine, and it really cant be. they can make a product better, they can waste less, they can ship less, they can lower their pricing so their stuff is more accessible, or they can add cost to their product to pay for marketing gush fluff to make gullible people think they care while doing none of the above. If they want to be a charity they can start a church.
“Ok folks I just got off the phone with our suppliers. Turns out the only have ugly as shit colors left. We are going to need an even worse marketing campaign to launch this. First idea wins. “
Has anyone got the ranger pants/ trousers? Man I was 6hrs in the carpark trying to get the fecking things off. Wtf is with the tight elastic round the ankles?! Impossible to get them off!I cannot be the only one? Haha
You are not the only one - the best way to get them off is by taking your sock off and then sliding the trousers down... sizing is not an issue its just the way they are
It’s actually a great feature. Pull them off so they are inside out. That way you’re not pulling on the elastic cuff. Then they’re also ready to be washed as they are now inside out.
Sadly had to stop riding fox open face helmets since they started making the the side strap buckles non height adjustable and while trying a few of the new helmets, that strap buckle lands right at my earlobe. Sucks as they always fit me well and served their purpose.
Lately, my favorite two things to think about have been Mountain Biking and Cyberpunk 2077. So when I saw "Elevated Future," it made me think/hope that it would be a Cyberpunk 2077 themed kit or tie-in. But that is not this, so I am giving away that idea to any company who reads this for free. You are welcome.
Only bummer is that they fell apart in about a month and I'm waiting for their replacements.
Fox gear has always been crap.
