 I first learned about Zink, thru a Decline Magazine spread, waaaaay back in the day. He was just a grom trying to destroy a Santa Cruz sled. I've been a fan ever since. He represents a generation of freeriding dirbags (of which I'm part of) that laid the groundwork for what the sport evolved into. If this retirement is true, thanks, big dog, for the epic shit you gave us over the years. Enjoy the next chapter. You deserve it all and owe us nothing! I wouldn't be half the rider I am today without the influence of that generation of dirbags. Much love and gratitude!
