Intense Cycles proudly announces its 2017 Factory Race Program. Returning to the team this year are Australian riders Jack Moir (22) and Dean Lucas (21) along with top American Junior, Nik Nestoroff (17). New to the team this year is American, Charlie Harrison (19).

Deciding to do something a little different than the standard ride launch video, Intense decided to kidnap each rider from their natural habitat and then throw them out of an airplane for hazing, well, almost all of them.

Damn their kits are ugly. All black would look much better with the bikes. Doesn't matter though. These guys look super comfortable together and are having a blast.

They're dressed the same as the Dutch Olympic BMX team.

@xTwoSnakesx: Orange, everything orange. You know how your carrots got so tasty and orange? Yup, that was us too. www.todayifoundout.com/index.php/2010/04/carrots-used-to-be-purple-before-the-17th-century

Black kits don't look so good in photos, color pops.

I think Jack Moir has an opportunity to develop into the top dh racer within the next couple of years with just a tiny bit more experience and training I would love to see him up on top of the podium. Nik Nestoroff also looks like a very promising rider, I think he will be the face of American DH in a few years when Gwin eventually retires. Promising, young, talented team intense has put together here I know I will be watching them int... intently.

+1 on Moir, he finished last season strong. Big things coming from him this year I reckon

@endurzo: or dean, he was a protected rider going into 2016

And don't forget Dean Lucas has had a podium with 3rd in Lenzerheide 2015. This team's full of young talent and confidence, could see big things happening this season!

That spot is 5 minutes from my house. Been riding it off and on for 15+ years. Eric Carter and Phil Houseman first built all the jumps up there and that's where they did a lot of their training. Fun fun!

@sk133872: definitely filmed before all the rain. Them there hills are all green now!

@Three6ty: actaully right in the middle of all the rains, i went on a ride through some of my local trails with these guys and got a chance to talk to jack moir, awesome dude!

@Three6ty: my local trails are so overgrown from the rain i now stop when i come across a snake since i can't see its head and tail at the same time through the brush. don't wanna make that mistake more than once....

@sk133872: our trails down here in SoCal are so beautiful right now. The hillsides are green and aside from some ruts from the excess water the trails are nice and packed with little to no sand. The only bummer to all this rain and snow is that Mammoth will likely be skiing all the way thru July! So it will be a late start to the trail system up there.

Their kit might be loud, but you are sure-as-hell going to know what team it is from really far away. From a marketing standpoint, I'd say it was a pretty good call on the colors.

Kits are hideous, but they will stand out on WC DH coverage. Rooting for these boys.
