@AdamOdh: I think they need to start looking at this a little more. Many of the jumps are fine / even a stretch to make for 'normal' people but when they are upto race speed riders seem to be constantly over jumping some of the big features.
@LiquidSpin: Failing a jump like that is actually not as bad as it looks, the worst that can happen is you going over the bars but because of the uphill after the gap you would stop instantly
@MountainGoatLover: hehe I was kidding However, I do have to disagree. I've broken bones on much smaller crashes before. All crashes can end up badly due to a different degree of variables. Claudio is very lucky he didn't hurt himself at all in that botched landing.
That little gap between the final grass bit and the ramp into the finish area looks about ready to take out a front wheel. Or maybe the gopro makes it look worse than it really is?
It looked very much like a nosedive to me. (Probably wrong). But i suspect that fork will need a thorough inspection/rebuild after that. How he didn't go properly OTB i don't know.
Omg, I thought Claudio, first u thought u had a flat tire then chain lock up, Ai thought this is not going to end well and then you come into the gap ramp, OMG he's still going for it, way too slow, nice to walk away from that one!
But we can do with out shit please! one pair of undies a day mate!!
Well that looks like a tough track, just what most WC riders want, Right? But hope all rider can stay away from local hospital, but do not think that all will?
Dont know what to think. Too smooth and bikeparky, nothing to do with rough and steep Vallnord that everyone loves so much. Track hasnt changed at all and theres still the unnecessary feature, the plunge, which will cause serious injury for at least one rider

For me, not on the same WC level as last weekend, but I expect it will be good to watch. Buzzin
