REQUEST TO MEMBERSHIP
The Bow Corridor Ecosystem Advisory Group (BCEAG) has formed a Recreational Opportunities Working Group Committee (ROWG) that wants to solicit public involvement in setting direction for human/wildlife use of the corridors around Canmore. Ken Davies of the Bow Valley Mountain Bike Alliance (BVMBA) is the mountain bike representative on the committee. Although the BVMBA has disagreed with many of the BCEAG processes to date, the BVMBA endorses the ROWG process because it allows mountain bikers and other recreational users to communicate directly with BCEAG and, hopefully, participate in the decision making process.
